RULES

1. Any post must be related to Britain. This means any point in British history or territories held by Britain - In practice, you can post a meme about the British Raj, but not about India without Britain.
2. Be respectful to fellow Brits. Hatefulness, homo/transphobia, sexism, racism etc. will not be tolerated.
3. Current politics of Britain are only permitted on weekends. Everything else must be at least before the 2000's.
4. Stick to the truth. If you make a historical claim, make it a real one.
5. No IRA/Irish independence memes. We get it - the Troubles were a big part of British history. But seeing as they've been spammed to shit and are mostly unfunny, they're banned. Good job, r/me_ira.
