Unsure how there is such a difference, I’m 5’2 so maybe that’s why. First pic I’m 203, second I’m 163.
I know I still have a long way to go. But I told myself I would document and compare and 50, 75, and 100. Been watching carbs, counting calories, and exercising. Considering starting weight lifting training this fall.
Background, I'm a 38 year old married father of 3. I worked in an on my feet factory job for the last 12 years. But was promoted to a sit down desk job in April. I've always been bigger. I'm 6'3. But after I wasn't as active at work, I saw the weight going up higher. I was ready for a permanent lifestyle change.
With the help of fasting, weightlifting, and cardio I have gotten to my goal weight! Still want to lose about 10-20 more pounds.

I never want to be him again!
There is nothing better than comparing side by side photos of my former self. The photo on the left was taken in August of 2022 and the photo on the right was taken this morning. Today, I'm so much better physically and mentally.
If you're on your journey, keep going. Consistency and discipline is what will get you great results. Do not give up! You are so worth it all. Even on days when you don't think you are... I promise you, you are. Keep going. Keep pushing.
I've never been better! And I'm so thankful to have found the light.
I want to stay here now. And I will.
Results from my last cut. Big and bloated to dry and full.
I just wanted to show my weight loss journey. Coming from someone who's T2 (now controlled), has hypothyroidism, PCOS, & hashimotos. I was 24 in 2021 and I'm almost 28 now. It's been a long, hard ride, but well worth it! I briefly saw a trainer until I knew was I was doing with weight lifting and now do it on my own. I've lost about 100lbs.
