Got this in my change at the bar
Pretty used up. Is this a satellite? Mirror? Thanks for any help.
I have two lots of 30 sequential uncirculated 2017A 10s. The other lot is PF07xxxxxx. Any chance it’s worth enough over face value to try and sell? Should I try eBay or something else?
Thanks for the help!
I know most want low numbers but are high numbers worth holding on to?
Just wanted to make sure this is a "close but no cigar" scenario and the bill is just worth face value.
Is this called a trinary?
New to this and went through $150 in $1s. This was really the only one that stuck out for me so seeing if S/N significant.
I know it isn’t much but maybe one of ya want it! Love this sub and thanks!
I know it’s
Recently I posted about my local branch complaining about "collectors" withdrawing certain amounts of currency. I didn't put the bank on blast but today I had a negative interaction with that bank and a very positive interaction with another bank not even 5 miles away.
TLDR: I will no longer be banking with capital one.
Today I went to the local capital one branch that I have been to a couple times... They had warned me that $1 straps were "only for business customers" but I thought this was an idle threat. Today they refused to give $1 straps and the teller said "this is reserved for business customers, they PAY for this service.". I excused myself and left. I went to another Capital One branch and they informed me that I could only get $200 in $1 bills. I asked if they could order currency for me and they said "this is reserved for business customers.". I again excused myself politely.
I recently opened a Bank of America account so I went down the street to that branch. I made the same request and the teller was happy to fill my order. I asked if I could request currency and he said "absolutely I'll be happy to help you with that, what would you like?". I said can you get me a box $500 box of halves? He said "yep, I could get you 5000, I'll put you on the slip. Orders go out on Monday and they should be here Wednesday, would you like a call when they arrive?". I said "that would be fantastic". I asked why the other bank may have acted like that and he said "I have no idea, bank with us.". Beyond that I asked if I would need to request $1 straps. He said "no we usually have enough on hand". I walked away with a large stack and the teller was more than happy to help.
Beyond this he said "if you go through the box and need to bring them back, you don't need to re-wrap them we just run them thought the machine". 5*** for BodA. I will be moving all my funds from Cap1.
This was an example of the worst customer service and the best customer service!
Kind of stoked about it. Got it as change at a restaurant. I’ll keep it until I find a better one.
Found this guy with the serial number misaligned on the right side, is it a keeper?
My first error note
