The lady I used to buy achar from has sadly retired and I'm having trouble finding a good replacement. I have tried Mr Naga but I found it too oily for my liking. Can someone please recommend a good brand? Thanks!
Hey folks!!! I running out of time tbh !!! Where I can find this type of bracelets inside Dhaka ??? Any specific location or shop would be helpful!!!
Anyone watching House of The Dragons and getting excited about the GOT universe again?
hi all, i'm working on a play that takes place in dhaka and wondering if anyone has recommendations for films that have great fashion? the fashion does not have to be fancy or anything, i am just trying to get a better understanding of what people typically wear, or what they might wear for special occasions, walking to the store, etc. i'm looking specifically for films that take place in dhaka. thanks in advance :)
Tell me
This is coming from someone currently living in Bikrampur - I'm not originally from here. I've asked locals, but they haven't been helpful.
I'm curious why Bikrampur Mishtanno Bhandars are so common throughout Dhaka - and even in cities like Barisal. I was traveling there a few years back and saw a few Bikrampur Mishtanno Bhandars. For Dhaka, it could make sense because Dhaka and Bikrampur are neighboring districts and very close.
It feels like you'll see at least one Bikrampur Mishtanno Bhandar in every district of Bangladesh. So, what's the history behind them being so popular?
I was running this morning and ran into my khalu taking a walk; decided to join him at their house to say hi to my khala and cousins. They were all asleep so decided to just cool off in the living room.
Curiousity got the better of me and I was checking and organizing the books on their shelves and at the bottom shelf was this Radiant Way book that triggered a vague childhood memory of reading it in school.
Anyone else here has the same memory of doing that? I'm pretty sure it was (not sure if it still is) standard reading fare for kids in primary school.
Let me know in the comments.
I am a scout representing international building material companies and I have some questions to ask regarding the construction industry in Bangladesh. I would like to know specifically what building materials are available and how construction business works here. If conditions are right, perhaps I might set up a company in Bangladesh.
help I cannot find a nail store selling all the products I want to do my own nail art. I dont even know any other page or website selling them than daraz. I don't want to get my nails done by professionals I LOVE DOING MY OWN NAILS, but lack all tools!!
PLEASE SHARE IF ANY OF YOU KNOW STORES/PAGE/WEBSITE THAT SELL acrylic powder, gel polishes, nail art brushes etc. I dont care enough to buy from international websites paying high shipping cost and tax as i just do my own nails and don't earn from it.
So my idea is to buy a Netflix account and then create 5,6 profiles and sell that to 20 people. That way they get a cheap deal with a little bit of hassle and i get to make a profit.
What are your suggestions and how should I proceed and what problems could arise?
I was lucky indeed to be able to watch Tareque Masud's Ontorjatra in theatre when it was first released. And somehow in recent years, I happened to watch this movie because of some random reasons, for example I was very sick or just feeling bored and felt like watching only this particular movie.
This movie features Anusheh Anadil and Buno in a short sequence where they appear as themselves. Do you guys remember how crazy we all became about Bangla Band in the 2000s?
Also, I didn't even know that Catherine is the co-director of Ontorjatra until I searched for this movie on the Internet just today. All these years I thought this film was by Tareque Masud only.
since Bangladesh is now a fire 🔥 country and we are having many fire accidents recently I thought let's share stories about fire incidents.
When I was a kid I was so stupid I accidentally lit our main door curtain on fire. It was going to spread pretty fast. Luckily a kamerbedi was there and threw water full Patil of rice and saved the day. I was so scared my voice wasn't coming out and I was just moving the curtains like stupid. To this day this memory makes me feel so stupid. 🫡
I have seen the news about a series where Manna's face is added using AI. Is this available on Chorki or Netflix? I actually don't even know the name of the series. (┬┬﹏┬┬)
WHO'S THE HANDSOME BOY?
