It's very likely to be a rare breed as even Lithuanian and Latvian are way apart from each other, not to mention Estonian, which belongs to a different langauge family.
But let's say if somebody's parents are Lithuanian and Latvian respectively and he/she grows up in Estonia (or in any combination), this can be the case.
More impressive would be a foreigner having learnt all three languages to fluency.

Can’t they build it in a way that it could reach a much higher speed and also be easily adaptable to future technologies since they’re still in the beginning of the construction phase?
So in Thessaloniki, Greece they just opened a metro system. For a city of roughly 300k residents. Why there is no will in baltics? Especially Vilnius. Pretty sure EU can cover some costs no? Can also be used as a shelter in case of war. We need to mobilize.

Foreigner here. I've always seen the odd Lithuanian kicking about in the NBA and seen the national teams at tournaments far more than in football. Is basketball as popular in Lithuania as it seems from the outside?
Given all the + and -, which one looks like the ideal choice?
