They are doing some QA etc B4B2 on the way ? 👀
As a trophy hunter I'm trying to complete my backlog of games. One of these is B4B. I've beaten the game ones and looking for some tips or some people for the harder difficulties.
So I like to conceptually think about this game from time to time. I was thinking about how the flamethrower is a strong weapon that nobody uses or really wants to use. I've never ever seen someone open a flamethrower case.
It's an old staple from action games in older titles that worked really well to bring fun and action to your game play. It was great in CoD and BF1 and felt empowering to use due to a lot of factors. The power, and fear many enemies had in response to how effective it was. The map designs aided in allowing players to use it effectively too.
In B4B however the enemy is actively running at you. So the wall of flame is usually like 10ft infront of you, in the direction of necessary travel, and lighting the things wailing/falling in front of you on fire. This further blocks more of your line of sight AND damages you. You're teammates usually are walking into it as well. Like it's a stupid weapon. It counters everything about zombie shoot em up games. With how high the visual quality is in games now, it can really cloud how much visual and audio information you can gather playing the game. There is too much going on for it to be considered a real aid to the gameplay. And most people skip over it as a result.
Only thing worse than a zombie chasing you is a zombie chasing you on fire.
Hello, I have been always a big fan of snipers and LMG in this game, and never try UMP, MP5 or Vector more than I join as bot. It is worth it? Should be played as lmg damage deck or should I adjust it to more ammo than damage? Also, I feel experimenting in b4b any funny deck of yours would be appreciate it too ;)
Now that the game isn’t receiving more updates, do we know if they’ll be reusing old seasonal supply lines at Halloween and Christmas time? I’m not expecting anything new but it would be cool to see those lines cycle through again around those holidays. It would also be neat to continue to see the Christmas and Halloween themes for Fort Hope. I’m have no idea if any of this is in the cards or how much effort this would take on the dev side of things but I thought it would be cool.
act 2 almost final boss
I played it when it first launched and wasn't really blown away. The entire base game & DLC are only 10 bucks right now. Worth jumping back in for that price?
It also helps to have a rocket launcher
I’m attempting the entire game on nightmare for the first time and I just finished act one. I almost got screwed over by an Ogre on 1-5. What’s some good decks? I usually run with a rifle/ LMG along with a pistol (always with ammo stash and admin reload)
Side note: I’m doing this offline because honestly compared to a lot of people I would probably be paired with I suck. I do enough to get by but I’d rather avoid the embarrassment and ridicule of accidentally triggering something that gets the team killed or just being deadweight
Does their weakspot work differently than other mutations?
Just wondering if this game has memory leaks for now?
Hey Guys I Need Your Help I Need A Deck For Melee For Beign The Tank With Melee For No Hope Difficulty Any Sugestions?
Just tryna play with people, completed everything on nightmare but no hope is still too hard :(
Beside DLC and pistol burn card?
Any other way to increase chance to find a desert eagle?
I mainly use smgs and lmgs
SMG: Run like hell Glass cannon Mag carrier Ammo belt Silver bullets Hyper focused Copper scavenger Ammo stash Down in front Shredder Fill em with lead Luck pennies Speed demon Food scavenger Wooden armour
LMG(AR also): Glass cannon Hyper focused Patient hunter Silver bullets Shredder Fill em with lead Tactical vest Ammo belt Copper scavenger Down in front Run like hell Lucky pennies Ammo stash Food scavenger Wooden armour
Any improvements?
I've been playing b4b for 2 years now and still haven't beaten a full act on no hope. Nightmare is a cakewalk but I still struggle on no hope.
Anyways I have no clue if hyperfocused is good or not cuz I have it on every weapon category build but I honestly wanna switch it with On Your Mark.
Any tips?
Just got the game and looking for some people to play with online. Let me know.
Do you ever need a specialized Cleaner crew to tackle Nightmare? Maybe you are just looking for Cleaners who want to take a chill day wiping out zombies in Act II. Or, perhaps, you are looking for those also after some secrets...
Use this thread to find other cleaners to group up and play with. When posting, it may be beneficial to include some of the following information:
I purchased Back 4 Blood on Steam two weeks ago and was able to play without any issues. However, yesterday when I attempted to launch the game, it failed to start. Upon clicking the green play button, it briefly turns blue and then reverts back to green with the option to play. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including using the Steam tool to verify the game's data, disabling my antivirus (Windows Defender), uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice, and attempting to launch the game with administrator rights. Despite these efforts, I continue to encounter the same error message:

Have you any idea or sugestions of trubleshooting?

I would post to gaming suggestions, but they won't get it. B4B is all I have played within the last year , with breaks of course. I can't find anything out there in this style. Has to be available on PC, Co-op , FPS, No dumb NPC skyrim stuff with extensive story, No crafting or world building, No wave shooting like COD zombies or killing floor, Graphics quality is important I'd prefer to not play a roblox looking game, but if it was really good I'd try it, Prefer not to lose everything if I die, Getting to build and level guns and character would be nice. I have searched steam and just can't find one.
Hello survivors!
How would one go about creating a SMG deck with a lot of MS for No Hope using Heng? Is SMG even viable for No Hope?
Thanks in advance! Stay safe.
