I am going to the Bayside shows in Denver this year. In preparation for the event, I started listening to Smoking Popes today, and I actually really like their music! I wonder if anyone here has a reliable knowledge of Smoking Popes songs that are likely or definitely going to be played at the shows?

Hi everyone. My kids (boys, 12 & 10) really want to see bayside. Unfortunately the local shows for us (Boston) are 18+. Next closest would be Irving Plaza, NYC. Figure we bus it down, maybe spend the night, maybe not. This is already a bit of a tall order, but maybe I'm just building it up in my head.

What would make-or-break this decision for me would be their experience on the floor. Not only are they young, but they are short for their age. I'm not as worried about the behavior of fellow concert-goers - I have always found people to be pretty courteous at concerts - especially to kids (and I imagine even moreso for bayside fans). But realistically would they be able to enjoy the show from the floor, or would it be jam-packed to the point where they would just feel buried?

Shoutout to PA Rocks for documenting some of the earliest Bayside footage we have on the internet.

After their second guitarist, J.R. Manning, quit in late 2002, Bayside opted to just continue on without a lead guitarist with Anthony taking over some of the lead parts. This lineup was never represented on any of the releases, as they auditioned Jack in early 2003 and the rest was history (their next drummer, Jim, thought they needed another guitar).

I bought tickets today for my gf and I today because I'm taking her to see Bayside (her favourite band), just wondering what time we should get there to get a good spot since I'm relatively new to all this. Any help would be appreciated

Hey all - had a ticket question that I couldn’t find an answer to. In my city (Detroit) there is an option for a 2-day pass for both nights. It’s showing as cheaper than just 1 night. Is that possible? It doesn’t say anything anywhere about having to buy a single night ticket to use it. Anyone have any info about this? Right now my partner and I are not in agreement on which night we want to go, so I thought having a 2 night option would be best to ensure we can go to the night we decide on (or both!).

Just bought presale tickets for Bayside in Denver in June! I stupidly bought the two day pass in a frenzy, but I only want to go the first night. Hopefully I can easily sell those two since I then went back and bought the tickets for just the first night since I mostly listened to only their older albums. Total facepalm, but I’m still excited!

I was hoping at least we would get them at Warped….. the first major tour where they are not hitting up any venues around here. Please Bayside, I will take my ass up to Baltimore add additional dates?!?!

I’m in UK and debating getting the CD from America but need to know what kind of case it is (plastic jewel or cardboard sleeves).

Basically I’m seeing them next month and want to take a CD cover with me to the gig just in case I get chance to get it signed. So trying to find the right CD cover to do so. Can’t seem to find any actual photos of the album anywhere.

I’m usually a vinyl collector so trying to get a CD is a different experience for me hahaha
