Wasn't Aang selfish in his fight with Ozai?
When Aang had a clean shot to redirect lightning at Ozai he choose to prioritize keeping his morals, some would say that him not killing Ozai was good because he did not compromise on his beliefs on killing, but if he did not accidentally enter the avatar state both him and the entire world would literally be cooked.

bending theories
Waterbenderd and earthbenders both bend an already existing element. Manipulating and controlling earth and water respectively. Neither generates their element.
Firebenders can both create their own element and control and existing fire.
Do air benders only manipulate existing air or are they generating their own element too?

Imagine if Ozai hired this guy to take over the land as well as capturing the Avatar by putting his flute into bender mode and he could just use the dancing benders' bending as weapons in case any non-bender might wanna interfere. Basically bloodbending except a lot more funky XD
