Are there any new mums out there? My son is 3 weeks old and I’m trying to re-establish a running routine. I was running 6 days/week, 8 - 10km each day, before pregnancy. I’m not expecting to be able to do that now obviously but would like to be able to incorporate a regular run into 5 or so days of the week. Would be interested to hear how others manage? TIA
Sending him a parcel from Australia to Malaysia. any stuff you can get here but not in Asia as much? or some popular Aussie brands that are known around Asia?

Edit: Thanks for the help. Ive made an event for any like minded people who are in the same pickle I am, its a 40k in Litchfield but can be whatever is needed. https://www.runningcalendar.com.au/event/litchfield-40k/
I have very little time to upkeep this place, so open to somebody else being a mod?
There's a performance of several intersecting monologues set in a gym showing this month at The Old Fitz in Woolloomooloo, for anyone who's interested (just a short walk from King's Cross station).
They're all about exercise of course, and one of them is about a runner who is very into science and the effect running has on his body (all factual). It's a pretty good dark comedy - I recommend it!

Hi, working on the style of this place. Don't know CSS at all but got to start somewhere.
If you have a cool photo of some running theme, I can put it up in the top left of the screen. See /r/soccer for an example. I can also put a logo in above the search bar. Does anybody have a logo to suggest. It all takes some time but is doable.
Going for a gold/yellow colour combo. Better suggestions?
For me its now, cool enough but not too cool. Not too dark yet at night. love it.
Haven't signed up to any runs yet - have always wanted to do the Great Train race.
"the toughest marathon in Australia, if not the world"
Some of my running club will be out there, not me though, too young for that craziness.
Famous for being Olympic Champion in 2000 at 400m (who can forget).

Anybody see her run?
Probably my favourite fun run in Melbourne town apart from the massive crowds; anybody else registered?
What runs are people subscribed for this summer?
How do you cope with the heat in your neck of the woods?
And where was it?
Since the lack of activity around here I thoght i'd profile an Australian legend.
