Rules and Guidelines

  1. Posts should be related to athleticism. This is not a fitness, dieting, or weightlifting subreddit. Posts should be impressive or unusual displays of athletic ability. For example, pictures of a bodybuilder lifting weights would not be appropriate but a guy pulling an airplane would.

  2. Avoid compilation videos. It limits the amount of content. Videos with too many plays will be removed. (Basically, no "100 greatest plays" type of videos.)

  3. Posts should be links to videos or images. Text posts are acceptable only if they contain a link to a video or are about the subreddit itself.

  4. Titles should include a description of the link

  5. Do not spam. Posts will be deleted and repeat offenders will be banned.

  6. Follow reddit rules and guidelines

Yo wassup y'all really need a opinion currently I'm on a mentzer method training wherein i do hit exercises but at the same time i want to corporate athletic exercises on other days..i do plyos (sometimes depends on schedule but i usually have it on my program same as jogging/sprint) wht yal think?

Looking for people to help me reach an athletic and aesthetic physique

Im a fifteen year old that wants to start going to the gym and train for athletic performance- for speed, strength, resistance and core strenght, as I play soccer and other sport. (I also want an aesthetic physique, but Ive been told it will develop whilst training for athletic muscle). Ive been told that the 5x5 stronglifts program is perfect for me, and is begginer friendly, as it maximises muscle growth. Can anyone give me some advice, or offer a program that they consider would help me more? thanks!
