Hey guys just don’t have much time any more to play ARK so I was going to play a solo single player so I can just choose when to play it. Now I really want to play aberration and never really got into it much. I was wondering if anyone knew of a mod that gave you missions on how to play the game if that makes any sense that gives you tasks🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ This is really confusing I can PM you and get more detail lol

Between the goo gun, the zepplin, the cosmo, and the yi ling, and some other stuff- is Aberration easier than it used to be? Do you think we've given players too much movement ability? One of the draws for Ab (at least for me) was that I couldn't just get a flyer, or move over the map- I HAD to plan out my trail, I HAD to deal with the dangers associated with travelling and overall that made the map more interesting to live in vs other maps.

Now, in my personal opinion? No, actually, I don't think it ruined the map-

I don't like the Yi ling, but it's not super crazy and doesn't outshine the rockdrake, karkinos, or reaper- it's a good mid-level travel mount who can't use vines or ziplines like the ravager. It's an OPTION but not the only option.

As for the Cosmo I think it's not as good as I thought it was going to be, it's swinging is limited and it's not a consistent lightpet.

As for the goo gunand zepplin I'm fine with those since they are man made and it doesn't break immersion if I make something to help me get around. The zepplin isn't that fast and can't hold that much so it doesn't break the map as much as it opens up the map a bit as a reward for my hard work. The only real flyer on ab is MAN!!!
