My homebred Blue Miyuki Medaka Ricefish are now available! 

I breed and raise these indoors and outdoors in a temp range of 50F to 95F degrees.  They are extremely hardy and do well in virtually all conditions I’ve kept and bred them in.

They community spawn by depositing their eggs on plants or floaters in the aquarium.  They are great in patio ponds and fish tanks alike!

Looking to start a colony of microfauna to go into a shrimp tank

I just got this "guy" a week ago and found out a) he wasn't going to help with what I needed and b) it was too many for my tank. So I want to get rid of the bigger of the two. It's a deep purple. Getting it to show up on camera was a little difficult but I didn't do too badly. It's a pretty shade, though. It was $4 brand new (one week ago) and asking for a $2 rehoming/compensation fee. I live in Eureka, IL but make frequent trips to Peoria and would be willing to do a trade there if it worked out time/location-wise.
