Should I hire a lawyer for the sales contract and title transfer etc…? I live an hour away and don’t want to put in a lot of time doing small repairs or staging before selling but also don’t want to drive there every evening to do a walk-through since I work during the day. Should I list the property as cash offer only or “as-is” or something like that in order to narrow it down? The property isn’t owned by the bank so how quickly can this process actually be?

The Appleton Parking Ramps had changed their policy, especially during the winter months, to not allow homeless loitering in the parking ramps. The Appleton Police Department has been notified of this numerous times but is still refuses to remove homeless people from the property. Some people need to be fired and the problem within the department needs to be fixed.

I am personally a strong disbeliever in school choice. While it can provide many opportunities for promising students, it also rips neighbors apart and divides communities. As a Appleton West Terror I have experienced this firsthand with many of my friends leaving West for schools like North or Kimberly that usually have more affluent students. I know west can be a little bitchy but a lot of students have been dealt a bad hand in life. Also if you are a part of the North or Kimberly communities I am NOT throwing shots, love y'all. I would love to hear what you guys have to say. (Would love to see counter arguments so I can see what others think)

What is going on in appleton?
