I manage the Apple Card for my family and their subscriptions and it is becoming (and has been) a real pain having to sort through which ones these are to make sure they’re all correct. If anyone here works at Apple and is seeing this, please I would love a way to just see what they are from a distance like a small subtitle or replace the icon with the icon I see when tapping on one to see it was AppleCare or iCloud or etc. Just seeing its “from Apple” is not helpful enough for me, like yeah, I get that much…

Hardly use this service but needed it due to an emergency and now they lock my account AFTER I add my rent money to it to move to another debit card. My rent is due on Monday and i don’t know what to do now. Has anyone gotten it unlocked quicker

I’m having issues adding cards to my Apple Wallet. One of them says there are pending verifications that I have to cancel before they can approve the latest one.

The problem is I have nothing on any of my 3 Apple devices that give me the option to cancel. They said I need to call Apple and Apple advised me to remove Apple Pay from all devices (I did this the day before I called them) but Apple doesn’t have the ability to cancel pending verifications.

So do I need to just wait this out? The one bank I’m dealing with had me try again today which added another verification to the stack.

Does anyone know how to figure out what these charges are for?? I don’t recognize the ones that aren’t crossed out

I’m trying to figure out how I can send more than 2k to one of my friends. He gave me money and is asking for it back and I’m trying to send it but it keeps telling me I’ll exceed the weekly transfer limit of 2000 if I send 3000. Is there a way I can get this limit increased? Or do I have to just wait till next week?

I did a backup and restore and now I don't have the ability to add cards to my account.

I have a little bit in my Apple Cash card and was thinking I can just keep some in there and use that with Apple Pay but when I tap Add Money, I get the error "Unable to Add Money Use a debit card to add money to your Apple Cash balance." If I tap on Add Card, I just get the choice to add a card to the wallet which doesn't work.

Do I have any other options other than hand cash to a friend and ask them to send me through Apple Cash?

I did a backup and restore of my iPhone today and now I’m getting the “Card Not Added” error when adding my card.

I called two of the card issuers. One is doing their research but said it’s Apple’s fault. The other said it’s Apple’s fault. Apple says it’s Wells Fargo, NetSpend, Imprint, BoA, Discover, and my CU’s fault.

Does anyone have anywhere I can get this sorted? Not only have I lost the ability to pay with Apple Pay (except the Apple Card), I won’t be able to send anything with Apple Cash once I’m done.

I usually only use my credit cards to spend with Apple Pay. I was wondering if there’s any point to adding my debit cards, especially for my main bank account.

Can I share my Amex credit card with someone else so they can use it?

If not, can they add my card and use it in their Apple wallet while I also have it saved in my wallet?

I was able to add a Visa Gift Card to Apple Wallet. I noticed that I can use it for "Tap to Cash" but not to Send Money via iMessage for example (only from Apple Cash balance). Is the way or would it fail if I try to "Tap to Cash"?

Also, if this would work, there are no fees, correct?

So, I have changed my phone from iPhone 8 Plus to iPhone 16 Pro, transfered all of my data without icloud, everything was in its place, but apple wallet started to glitch. First days, all of my expired or non-expired passes, membership cards were on my Apple wallet (on both devices), but after some days I saw all of the passes have been deleted on both old and new devices and just kept 7-8 expired passes randomly. Unfortunately, it was not possible to bring the old boarding passes, but re-added my membership cards. After some days I paid attention and saw like all the membership cards deleted itself again. I thought maybe it’s due to my icloud account, as it was connected to apple wallet, but it was not the reason, because I disconnected icloud from apple wallet, added membership cards again, but it was deleted again. It’s already a month it keeps doing like that, and apple service didn’t give me any solution at all (they even randomly closed the call during changing the departments to solve the problem). What would be the solution? I’m so annoyed to lose 17ish boarding passes, but this automatically deleting passes is even more annoying.

I created an Apple Cash account about 4 days ago so I could start sending my son money in case of an emergency. I went to set up his account under Apple Cash Family (under 18) and it asked for me to verify my identity, so I did. After inputting my information, it said the account is restricted. So either my account was restricted before or creating his restricted it. I called customer support for Apple Cash and they said the decision to restrict mine was due to them being unable to verify my identity. Biggest issue, she said mine was permanently restricted and can’t send funds. I don’t understand how they couldn’t verify my information. After 1 attempt? I’m sure I entered all the correct information but hypothetically if I did, they locked me out permanently after 1 try?? I went round and round with Apple Cash support but they couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything except tell me it’s their right in the terms and conditions. No override or anything. Considering calling Green Dot bank to see if they have any additional information but not expecting any help there. Does anyone have any advice on this? Am I really stuck out permanently? Can I eventually ask them to close my account, and then just create a new one in a couple months?

i prepaid for gas but didn’t use the full amount, all the pump said was “see cashier for receipt“ its been a few days and the transaction says it has been “cleared” for the full amount. what happens now? did i just loose $30?

I'm trying to add my Lowe's rewards credit card to Apple Wallet. This card is managed by Synchrony Bank, and their app doesn't have an option to directly add to wallet. So I try entering in the details manually, and it says it can't, probably because the number displayed is only 14 digits long.

But then when I try the camera scan feature, it does register but a COMPLETELY different 19-digit number is entered in and registers. This number is also nowhere else on the card. When I continue, I'm brought to your typical bank agreement page... but it's an agreement from Hang Seng Bank in Hong Kong, not Synchrony.

What's going on here? I'm aware that some rewards cards have a "hidden" CC number that isn't actually shown on the card but registers when it's scanned, so that's what I assumed is happening. But I'm afraid to hit "agree" on this thing because what if it's just entering in random numbers that happen to be some random Hang Seng customer's card and I accidentally commit fraud? Or is there some reason that Synchrony is partnered with Hang Seng in this regard?

Is it possible somehow, to add cards to apple wallet that can be used for access card? I have seen this solution with HID Origo mobile access and I am wondering, how hard would it be to do. Lets say I have a company behind me, so “paper work” is not an issue for me. In what direction should i start searching? I would use the cards with HID Signo 20 and 40. Hey, I sent money to someone about an hour ago. I used Apple Cash via iMessage, it took the money from my debit card tho. It shows delivered on my end and the person got the message, but it hasn’t updated their Apple Cash balance. On my wallet it shows completed, but on my Apple Cash statement there is no transaction. The charge is still pending on my bank app tho. Is it taking a while because I didn’t add the balance to Apple Cash first. Has this happened to anyone? Any advice? Thank youuu.

Today, as I was driving, I got a notification on my phone that my Apple Card had become my primary Apple Pay method. When I checked the wallet app, Apple Cash had become “un-setup” and my Apple Cash balance was gone.

I updated iOS (which I regularly do), turned off Apple Cash, restarted the phone, turned Apple Cash back on, and tried to “set up Apple Cash” again. But it doesn’t actually get set up. Both in the wallet and in wallet settings it is “not set up”.

How do I fix this mess? Is there someone I can call? Do I have to go to a Genius Bar?

When I try to checkout from ApplePay on Target, it doesn’t let me checkout because it tells me to update contact number. I’ve tried using it with and without the country code, with leaves it as blue but when i try to checkout it tells me to update contact number again, and without it says its invalid. I’ve tried changing it everywhere I can think of. Looking online has provided no help. If anyone can help with this that’d be great. Thank you!

I make many purchases both in my home country and in my destination country. I have different cards for both and would like some form of automation that switches my default card, but cannot find any information on such automations. Is it possible to switch my default card based on my location? It becomes annoying having to select different cards every time I pay.

I bought tires and the same day I brought them back because I found some cheaper. When I went to get the refund I tapped my Apple Pay and it stated that it was declined for refund. They said I would need the physical card, but I don’t have it, so now I have to go to the bank and get one printed, but now I’m wondering if that will even work since Apple Pay changes the numbers when used… they are making it a hassle and basically told me nothing they could do if I don’t have the exact physical card of the Apple Pay card I used.

Now I’m feeling anxious and idk what’s going to happen.. I really don’t want to be out 450 dollars when they were willing to do the refund but it’s just not working bc it was Apple Pay 😭
