I'm so annoyed with modern TVs. All of you probably know the story with using a streaming device/smart TV: super hard to use; too many buttons; trying to figure out how to use your friend's TV. Well, there seems to be a simple solution to all these problems: just use your TV with a mouse and trackpad. Oh, but wait, nobody makes TVs/streaming devices with mouse capabilities. Apple uses a trackpad on their remote, but it doesn't control a mouse, so why not just make that a trackpad that controls a pointer on the screen like computers do? Why don't they make TVs with mouse controls?
