Hi, do you know why anteaters (tamandua) have white discharges coming from their eyes ? What creates it ? I’ve seen a similar one coming from squirrels too when they are stress/in pain.
Hey anteater lovers I hope this is okay to post, I’m going to Vienna Zoo soon while travelling and it seems they have anteaters that get a public feeding everyday but I can’t find much about it. I’m wondering if anyone has been recently and can tell me what the anteaters are like there and if they are very visible? Thank you! 🐜
My husband got me the most adorable anteater plush as a birthday gift, and it’s extra special because we got married on the same day, September 24th! I absolutely love it—it's so soft and cute, and every time I see it, I can’t help but smile. This thoughtful gift means the world to me, and it made an already unforgettable day even more perfect.
i saw this videos of an anteater eating and i’m so confused on how they swallow there food? Dose the food travel upwards???
