I noticed there are pumpkin pictures at the front of the inn. Is there anything special in andors trail during halloween?
Title.
Edit: found out, you have to loot the dead guy in the secret room near the gold arulir at Arulir Mountain. Then bring it to Gylew before starting the coin collection quest. The options you have to go through is that when he ask you where you get the coins, you pick "from the dead guy" and when he ask if he can have it, pick "ok, sure". If you ask for compensation, he'll give you gold instead of the glove.
I'm rediscovering this game from many years ago...
I'm on Android

When I played many many yrs ago it was like half finished..
I was hoping to play it complete now
Hello,
recently I moved on iOS and I miss andors trail so much :(( could you guys reccomend me similar game on iOS? :))
Would someone be kind enough to post or link some of the best weapons in the game, just curious what I'm working towards. Thanks everyone.
Hi, does anyone know what the long term outcomes/consequences are for siding with Vacor or Unzel? I know the immediate item payoff is a pair of boots either increasing your AC by 9 (killing Vacor) or your BC by 8 (killing Unzel). However, I would like to know what future quests, if any, involve Vacor or Unzel and in what way the game is affected based on the respective choices. Thanks!
Note: Iām aware that the game is not finished and that no one knows the future consequences in later updates. I refer only to the latest version of the game that we currently have available.
to begin this quest - I need a rope. where do I get this?
I can peek in the hole but can't go down without the rope.
[Solved]
Whenever I shut down AT and clear the cache memory, the app is still hanging on to memory and shows back when you show opened apps. I can't get it to shut down or go away at all.
Edit: I have a BLU M8L tablet running Android 12. I press the little square on the bottom to show open apps and the program is always there. Never goes away. I have had it opened and playing it for months and never noticed but I closed it out (I thought) completely the other day and even after clearing the memory cache, the program was still showing in the GUI for open apps as the only app available.
I love this game and would love to play it on my iOS devices as well as Android. Are there any plans to port this into something that would be playable on iOS devices?
Are the item(s) from the drop list selected at the monsters spawning or at the time of the kill?
How are items like the Ring of Lesser Shadow chosen from that list? I am sure that the math is somewhat complicated. I have some college advanced algebra math skills from thirty years ago. Physics, statistics, and calculus are mostly confined to plugging in the numbers for a formula on a calculator and that's about it, so can it be boiled down a bit?
With the items that are 1/10,000 odds of being successfully chosen, those set of odds are per each kill, correct? The odds never go up, or down, with the number of creatures killed already, not as far as the chances, but as far as the actual math in figuring of the odds of successfully getting that 1/10,000 item? I was to understand that if you kill 10 or 10,000, the odds of getting that rare or legendary item never changes, it's always the same odds, 1/10,000, of success on every roll. It's just the more you play the greater the chances you have occurring that you will get that 1/10,000 odds to actually land. If you only kill 20 monsters, that is only 20 chances to have that 1/10,000 odd land in your favor. Is this correct in my understanding?
Lastly, is there a penalty on drop list items appearing if the monster gets the initiative in combat?
This is a spoiler so just letting you know now
But if you guys are wondering about the different outcomes of quests Check this out

While playing this again I thought, hey wait both Prim and Blackwater are suspicious but wasn't Andor just fcking up Stoutford earlier? And I remembered that in other quest the shadow followers of Nor city could also be Kazaul Followers, just like the notes in Blackwater mountain. Andor has already sided with Nor city, whether he was forced to or by his own choice. If we look at the broader world of Andor's trail we know that Andor doesn't discriminate between shadow or feyguard in causing problems like poisoning Loneford and helping the coward steward of Guynmart Castle. But that also tracks with Kazaul in how he is just evil and how Liches are connected to Kazaul
I was looking in the tables of drop lists for different items and I was looking at Unkohr and in the listings it is shown that the Ring of Lesser Shadow is listed as one of the treasures given at the end of the Roses quest, but how is this? I have done this quest several times and never have run into this as the treasure that was given as its always been just the selection from the treasure room with only three selections, none of which is a Ring of Lesser Shadows. If this is one of the selections that is offered through this quest, what do I need to do to make this happen?
As it says, other than the Rapier of Lifesteal, what are other items that would help getting to Sullengard? I haven't had the pleasure of that part of the map yet, every time I go over that way I get killed right off, so I'm going around trying to gain strength and levels. Right now I'm level 59 and I still get wiped out easily. Plugging away...
[Solved] I have been looking around and the place I found it in the barracks the other times playing it wasn't there. Are there other places where it could be? I have heard there are three different locations where it can be. I have been through the different buildings several times and...nothing. I'm about ready to throw up my hands and quit and give up on this quest. Any suggestions?
I can't get the thief in the basement to talk about this. Is this a known bug or am I missing somethimg?
I believe its in Stoutford, I have killed all the ghosts in the town and went back to the priest to tell them what happened and they said thank you and thats it. Is there something I need to do before they will give me the coins? The main evil guy is still there and I can't get the coins to kill him, every time I talk to the priest he just tells me thank you and sends me off and I can't get the coins to kill the main bad guy in there. I've been going around trying to find what I missed but I can't seem to find it. Is it the helmet? I found the girl but the helmet is not where it usually is and can't be found. Is that the problem?
