As a pretty arbitrary cutoff date, let's try not to have much past the 14th century CE.

I’m doing some reading for my dissertation on Medea, and in a chapter i’m reading the writer sometimes references the the Medea text as ‘schol. Eur. Med. 264’ instead of ‘Eur. Med. 264’. Does anybody know what the ‘schol.’ means?
I am hoping to develop new and informative ideas to the studies of the Old Testament (from any branch of Christianity)/Hebrew Bible and am wondering if there are any uncharted waters I can explore. I am specifically interested in areas such as the formation of the Jewish religion and how it was influenced by other neighboring religions. If this area has already been extensively explored, I am open to other areas of the OT/Hebrew Bible that have not been explored extensively.
I am hoping to eventually go for a PhD and become either a professor/scholar of OT studies.
New article on Anarawd ap Rhodri who, if anything, must have been one of the most busy and talented Merfynion. Plenty of fights against the Vikings, politicking with the Mercians, and general warfare.
