Looking to see your pictures of your ammo can storage, particularly for steel ammo cans.
I have about 18 cans i plan to store, with expansion up to 25-30 total. 1-2 per caliber/ga.
Pic for attention/ part of my storage.
Hey guys I already have a couple hundred rounds of this ammo but now that I’m reading into ammo quality, I’m coming up with a lot of horror stories about Hornady Frontier. I was curious if this is the same thing.
I just started stocking up on ammo a few months back and I have Remington, these boxes of Hornady, and I have 600 rounds of LAX (NEW) coming today. Maybe a total of 1200 rounds all together.
Getting so many mixed reviews and now everywhere I read on Reddit people are bashing these 3 companies . Some help would be appreciated for budget ammo. I don’t care if i have a couple malfunctions here and there I just don’t want my brand new rifle to blow up.
Really wish 10mm didn’t cost a kidney for box & that 7.62x39 steel case was still sold in store
I also have a few boxes of defensive handgun and rifle ammo and some birdshot not pictured here.
Do companies offer deals during November anymore or is it all similar pricing?
I didn’t know steel cased ammo was bad for guns so I bought a lot of 9mm since it was on sale. My gun started jamming a lot on me and a casing ended up getting stuck in it. When they fixed it, they told me I should only do brass as steel is bad for it. So my question is how do I dispose of all this steel ammo now?
UPDATE: I shoot a Ruger Security 9
I haven't bought any serious volume since the last time trump was in office.
My understanding is that the coof, peaceful protests, Biden, WWIII and even fucking aliens were keeping .556 above 20 cents a round.
Im down below 2000 rounds on 762 and 556 for the first years and I've had to buy 12 gauge 22 and 9mm for serious range outings to keep my bulk storage where I want it.
Think ammo prices will drop?
Does anyone collect empty vintage ammo boxes? Paper kind, not metal. My Vietnam era Dad who was a Marine died this summer and I’m going through his stuff for my Mom. DM me and I can send pictures. While not particularly flashy they are a little slice of ammunition history and it would be sad to throw them in the recycling bin.
This is for anyone considering buying from freedom munitions or LAX ammo. Bought 250 rounds of .45 acp reman ammo from freedom munitions so i cant speak on any other caliber. Was hesitant at first because of the reman and the cheap price. But shot well over 100 today and had zero issues. Perfect for range ammo. A little messy and some of them shot some fireballs but other than that was great. No jams or striker issues. 250 round of 45 for little less than 80 bucks is a win for me.
i know this is a long shot but a rough idea would reqly help this is from dunkirk beach
Does this ammo appear to be reloaded? Or is this factory?
My favorite bougie rounds to test with is 77otm. Still use 55gr mainly for blasting. What do y’all think is a good defense round
