Spiritual headaches?

I found this while shopping for a bed wedge set to help with headaches and chronic pain. I'm not sure if this makes me want to use it or burn it as a sacrifice 😂

Amazon on-site commissions in India

Is Amazon's on-site commission program worthwhile in India? Are individuals profiting from it? I've reached out to several Indian influencers, one of whom has 35 videos but claims not to be earning anything from them. Another influencer was unaware of the program entirely, mentioning that she only needs to show up for video shooting, with Amazon handling everything else. There's a lack of clear information about the program on YouTube or elsewhere. Influencers from other countries are showing evidence of earning through this program. Additionally, I've taken a course where it's mentioned that in the US, UK, and other countries, creators can unlock earning potential after three accepted videos. However, there seems to be no such provision in India. Can someone please assist me with this confusion?
