A new season - the whole season - is up and not only is it not promoted, it doesn‘t even show up on the main page of the app. Why even spend the money if they are not going to promote it? And this is not the first time this happens to original content on Prime..

I made an amazon account a couple days ago just for Prime Video. It was all really okay.

Then yesterday, when I tried to log in from another device, for some reason my account was temporarily locked and I can’t know what happened.

I tried calling amazon but it was useless (after searching like crazy for a number).

For some reason I managed to change my password, but that didn’t work.

And in their called “customer service”, none of the options available there would help. And when a button appeared that resembled a “CLICK THIS AND CONTACT US”, I had to log in…

I really don’t know what to do. And btw I’m from South America.

If you have something that could help me, It will make me really happy 😓

i just subscribed to amazon prime and every time i press on a tv show or a movie it makes me go to google and opens a page there can i stop it from doing that its annoying?

Some (more than some actually) movies are only available in French? And not French made movies… Anyone has a solution to this or is this not fixable? I already changed language from Dutch to English with no success? Thanks in advance.

So, maybe 1-2 years ago I started watching Chicago Fire on amazon prime, for some reason, the latest seasons weren't available for my location(EU), so I watched till 5/6/7 season, don't really remember. Last week, I checked again and it had more seasons available and I started watching again. Today, I wanted to continue but the tv show is gone from amazon prime lol. Searching it through Google, I end up on the actual page for the show in amazon prime, but it says "This video is currently unavailable
to watch in your location". How that happens in a matter of days? And yet the other Chicago shows are available...

This isn't the first tv show on amazon prime that for some reason just went unavailable in my location, or more weirdly - random seasons are available, random ones are not. Can someone please explain me the login in this, because I'm confused.

Seriously there has to be a solution. The download quality says it's the best but it looks like shit.

I am watching fear the walking dead and in season 3 there is an episode where the subtitles are german and they stay even if I turn subtitles off. Is there something I could do, or is this a common thing?

Yesterday i was checking my cradit card app, and i notice a purchase, and that purchase was a subscription in Amazon Prime Video, but i did not do that. Like, it can be a automatic subscription or something (my credit card is saved in Amazon)? And i don't enter in Amazon website for ages. Could i've been hacked? I'm so confused.

Ghost adventures, some seasons won't work and there is a bunch of seasons missing,

23 available out of 27, but there is 28 seasons and season 27 only has 5 episodes season 28 has none season 16 doesn't work "This video is currently unavailable" (if i have remembered it correctly)

Poor form, please fix this and the ability to rate a video from the video prime app

First they made it go into portrait mode on mobile then they made it split screen on Desktop and now they did the same thing on FireTV

I don't like the new X-Ray UI because it reduces the space that can be taken up by useful information to make the video play at the same time, because you can definitely pay attention to that while reading something on X-Ray.

I really hope they add a full screen option to the new X-Ray, that's all I need, I don't mind the stylistic changes much, though I prefer the old Metro-style more.

Lately I've been getting a ton of ringing artifacting and these (don't know the name) small circles with checkerboard or lines in them during movies.

Granted I expect some artifacts because I'm on WiFi, but it's Verizon 5g. Do you experience this with wired connect on Prime video?

Hello! I was about to watch some DW like I always do on Amazon Prime, but it’s saying it’s not available anymore. I have no idea why it has become unavailable overnight. I watched an episode just two days ago. Before you ask, yes, my membership is still up. I even downloaded some episodes yesterday, but I’m not able to watch them. Doctor Who doesn’t even show up when you search for it.

Is this some kind of bug, or was Doctor Who actually removed? I live in Europe, by the way. Thanks in advance!

Can i buy AMAZON PRIME VIDEO TURKEY??

I noticed that when I keep an episode full screen on Amazon prime, as soon as the next subtitle comes , the top of the screen flickers, when I switch off the subtitles completely there is no issue, does anyone know a solution to this problem?

I am paying monthly (nearly $30) for Starz, BritBox and Paramount+ with Start. I can't find anyplace on the AMZ site to convert these to annual fees rather than monthly. Does anyone know if this is possible? A link?
