After sex i checked with water and squeezed the condom. All the time he came in comdom. From 29 th to 5th of may i was hospitalised due to panic attacks and severe vomiting. My last period date was 13 the of april. But suddenly on 6th April i started bleeding fpr 10 minuted bright red blood with small clots. 2 weeks ago me and my partner had unprotected sex on April 22, 23 and the 25th. That same week I was also believed to have been ovulating the 23-27 (The 26 or 27th being the actual day of ovulation). The first day of my last period was April 13th. On the 22 and 23rd my partner did not finish neither times although their still might have been a chance of precum although we both are not 100% sure. Is a test definitive after a month? ( 6 weeks ) If I took a test today and this encounter happened a month ago would it have read positive rather quickly? It came negative but I’m worried if the way I had it caused it. I laid it flat while waiting for a result but sortve had it at an angle? Does that matter?

Hello! First time post! My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. We did have intercorse during my supposed "fertile window" once during April (on the 12th). I was supposed to get my period on the 1st or 2nd. It's now the 7th and I haven't gotten my period. I took a pregnancy test (clear blue) on Friday the 3rd and it was negative. I took two more pregnancy tests (both at the same time, but wasn't my first pee of the day) and they were both negative (CVS brand). I still haven't gotten my period. Not even spotting. I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms. Yesterday I had a really sharp cramping pain in my generalized pelvic area that felt more like really bad gas pains. I haven't gone through anything particularly stressful, have had one late night, don't have PCOS, haven't lost weight/gained weight, exercised excessively... Wondering what could cause this or if I should test again but with my first morning pee? Any suggestions would be great. I have never skipped my period before.

I am now in my 91 days of cycle and 61 days late. I had protected sex (condom) 2 months ago and took a pregnancy test thrice after 3,4,and 5 weeks. So the last I had sex was March 17 and it was unprotected. My partner didn't end up finishing until a bit after pulling out. I got my period a few days later (March 20th) and then again on April 15. Hello all! I recently came to realize my cycle is 2 days late, my cycle usually ranges from 34-35 days.... but today my cycle has stretched to 37 days. A week ago I started antibiotic treatment for an ear infection (500mg 3x daily for 7 days), the sex was protected (28 days ago and 18 days ago). I took a dollar tree test today in the morning around 3AM and it was negative just like the others I took at the end of last week, so my question is.. can amoxicillin delay a menstrual cycle?

Here’s the situation in more depth. I’m uninsured and have an almost psychotic fear of doctors and being unwell. Blame it on childhood trauma but the amount of times I’ve gone to the doctor with the experience being traumatic is more than I can count. This doesn’t mean I’m opposed to going, financially, however, I am unable to pay for health insurance and my job refuses to give me my benefits until August (a whole different bag of worms but I should’ve been full time 6 months ago but it never happened so I was working the hours with no benefits) again, I have no issues with going to the doctor for emergency situations. I am 7,000$ in debt trying to figure out kidney issues and bladder issues that never got a direct answer. It’s just that I’m not insured and I called a doctor and it was 150-250$ for a visit alone with one test and an additional 175$ if I want an ultrasound. 😐 so yeah it is easy to say I don’t have $425 lying around and I don’t know if I even have time to budget if it turns out I am preggo. I do have a savings but that’s not even close to enough and it’s suppose to be for when I am going back to school. (Again, a whole different bag of worms but I really refuse to not finish my double major with how little I have left of it, I am taking control of the situation and refusing to make the same mistakes of trusting my parents guidance. Main point, I don’t have enough in savings and the little I have I would like to go into my education but I will use it if necessary, call me neurotic)

I am terrified of being pregnant, like TERRIFIED, so I tend to be pretty neurotic about the whole thing. Ironically, my partner refuses to have sex unless it’s without a condom and I don’t really like it either, so I got on the pill. For the past year and the time being, I am taking BC (Aviane) and it says that it can cause light periods, nausea, etc during the first three months of taking the pill. I’ve been on it a year, however, the only symptoms I had were larger and tender boobs from it. That being said I shifted the time when I take my birth control slightly so i don’t know if that affected my body and it’s reset the process again. Like im going to have to have the side effects all over again and, with that, I should’ve gone a month with no sex. Additionally, birth control seemed to make my periods shorter and weirder. As a teen, I’d bleed the full week, with the pill (almost 22 now) it is 3-4 days. If I stop the pills on Sunday, as instructed, then I’d be bleeding Tuesday or Wednesday. This will be relevant in a second.

I know I have a singular ovarian cyst on my right ovary due to getting an ultrasound for my kidney stones and infections. I don’t think I have PCOS due to my body not really presenting symptoms, that I am aware of. I use to have a very heavy and consistent flow, as inconvient as it was. I’d get my period around the same time every month, usually during a stressful time like new start of school year or a job, traveling, etc. maybe it would start a day after the previous month but that’s normal, stress never really stopped it. It was always bright red and I could see it drip into the toilet if I sat for too long (tmi but I am trying to convey that it was like a runny nose, always present even after you wiped type heavy)

I seem prone to UTIs and infections even with my hygiene routine being pretty consistent.

The reason I am so distraught is due to the fact that I’ve consistently had a heavy flow with barely any cramps besides the occasional hip aches at the start and end. I’d get emotional here and there but never anything serious. My breasts would ache and I’d have a bad flow but again, nothing out of the ordinary. I never was nauseated or tired.

Last month I’ve had a very light flow. Lasting a day at most. This has never occurred, I can usually predict my period to a T and know when it’s coming and what to expect. Even before birth control I can only state one time it was late and it returned within a few days. Never like this. So I freaked, imo with good reason. Bless all the moms but I. Don’t. Want. Kids. Plus I find comfort in my monthly flow, it’s a reminder I am not going to shit out a kid anywhere.

So when it happened I panicked.

I have taken 5 pregnancy tests due to this fear. Last month I took a cheap one (stupid I know) but it was negative. I didn’t trust it so I bought another one that’s a little more expensive, I took two of those and they were both negative. One of them I took during the time my period should’ve been happening, the other I took three days after. Again, negative. I decided it was negative and I wasn’t preggo and I’d be more cautious on taking my birth control pills. I did start them a day earlier cause I was worried and I know my doctor told me I could when I got the pill. I won’t lie, I had a day towards the end of my cycle where I forgot but the following day I took two and decided it was okay because my doctor told me I could do that.

Thats when I started to panic, I did take my birth control a day early, so I waited for it. Saturday I didn’t take a pill as instructed, Monday came no pill or period. Tuesday, today, is when I expected my heaviest flow, I know there’s a chance it would start Wednesday as it use to always start Wednesday evening, so I tried not to panic but I took my pills early so I would expect my flow to be earlier too. I am bleeding but it is light as well, barely soaked a tampon and when I wipe it is light red and kinda pink.

Here’s my main kicker, I have PMS like crazy and I’m thinking that’s pregnancy symptoms. I have headaches, cramps in my abdomen not really my hips, and I am nauseous like crazy (no puking, largely because I force myself to not puke.) I took a test.

I took one yesterday, which would be 8 weeks past my last period, and it was negative. I took one today, clear blue, and it was negative. However, I didn’t use my first pee of the day so I am not fully able to trust it as people say you can dilute your urine. I have another clear blue one I am going to take first thing tomorrow, but my symptoms are going crazy. Sunday I was fighting off crying all day and last night I had a panic attack.

So I have taken like prob 6 pregnancy tests all negative. I took them because I missed my period last month on my birth control. This past saturday i started my period. it was fairly medium flow. i bled fairly slow saturday, sunday, then slower on monday and it got darker. today i’ve only used one panty liner and it’s been dark brown. is this implantation bleeding??? i was on birth control but i stopped taking it like last wednesday i’m just afraid i can’t trust this period

Situation: My girlfriend takes Zoloft and recently ran out before she had her prescription refilled. She went about 4 days without having taken it and, being that Zoloft has a half-life of 24 hours, immediately started seeing/feeling a difference such as heightened anxiety.

We had sex about 2.5 weeks ago and, although I didn't finish in her, came extremely close. This was also either the day she started ovulating or the day before she started. She also suffers from ovarian cysts and doctors have told her it will likely be hard for her to get pregnant without IVF.

However, she is now about a week and a half late on her period. She's taken 2 pregnancy tests, both of which have been negative. Is it likely she's pregnant or could the missed period be due to stopping/ restarting Zoloft?

Hello, I had protected sex (condom + pullout) on April 5 and 17, I tested negative on the exact 2nd week after April 17 and on the 19th day.

I was supposed to start my period during May 24 according to flo and currently 15 days late. But this morning, I experienced severe cramps, sore breasts, and had a light spotting but then it stopped. Right now, I'm currently experiencing painful cramps.

To tell you about my status, I am an irregular person when it comes to periods. When I get my period, I get it right away and not experience spotting at all. It's always associated with cramps and sore breasts as well.

I had sex on the 20th (the first day of my period) and the condom was ripped when he pulled out. I didn’t take a Plan B nor am I on birth control. Im on CD 24. 11 dpo. Have had uncomfortable cramping since ovulation. The cramping has continued to come off and on but today after cramping I got CM. Haven't had much of that during this tww since my O day which was the 26th according to my calendar (and my cycle pretty regular with lots of CM during fertile window).

Today my cramping got worse and I'm having fluttering. The cramping got so bad during one point that I decided to go to Urgent Care. POAS was negative but they took blood and also had me swab for bv and Chlamydia. I never had an STD before so I really am now curious about the difference between the dull pain and pulling in my uterus versus the pain that a woman would get with Chlamydia.

About 3 weeks ago(4/20) I had protected sex because I am on the birth control pill. However, my bf pulled out but was dumb and drunk and put it back in after. I immediately noticed and we didn’t continue. The only reason I am scared is because the first week of that pill pack, I had loose stools the entire time (not uncontrollable diarrhea) and I don’t know what that does to the effectiveness. This incident occurred in the second week of that pack.

I had to skip this month’s withdrawl bleed (which would’ve given me some ease) because I’m changing birth control pill types.

Should I test now, or wait a few days/week? Is it necessary? I’ve been feeling a little nauseous but I think I’m anxious and I have IBS. I could also have nausea from starting my new pill with increased estrogen. I’ve also been spotting since starting that pill.

Only symptoms I've noticed that have been different are vivid dreams for thr past 4 nights. I remember them all in detail. Some were plain weird others were nightmares.
