Education in Altrincham - A Survey for my A-Level Geography Coursework

Hi,
This is a survey, that I am conducting as part of research for my A-Level Geography coursework on "how the number of people in 'very good' health vary between Stockport and Altrincham?" I am using quality of education as a factor that may indirectly influence health in these two areas. I will be asking questions about qualifications, education on health and diseases, for example, to figure out whether there is a correlation or comparison between my two places.
