i applied twixtor and keyframed speed and now I cant move my keyframes or nothing

do i need to update? like what is the point of t his 3d stuff if theres no motion blur lmao

I am tracking someone's face in after effects, but I don't want it to do the full motion, I want it to be subtle. I have already tried making the tracking box bigger and using mocha ae, but nothing seems to work. PLEASE HELP ME.

i can't even do anything on my pc anymore whenever i open up my after effects to the point that my ram goes to 100% it just lags the hell out of my pc i've already tried purging but it just comes back to 80% again after a few seconds it's so frustrating note: i also tried most of the tutorials out there on youtube where you clear disk cache change ram and it's still like that 😢

I'm encountering an issue with After Effects where it seems to be utilizing only E-Cores during rendering, I've tried both After Effecte Render & Media Encoder, same result PC Freezes, and sometimes almost no GPU usage at all

i really dont wanna spend another 70$ just to downgrade my AE

So Im trying to copy and paste it but then when I copy it imports the whole 50mins clips and I can't find the cut I did in Premiere :(

I closed AE and reopened and it worked fine… but this message made me laugh 😂

I've got various shots of a character in a film where he has a very clear wound on his cheek. When he first gets the wound, I want to add a bleeding effect so it looks like the cut's just been made.

(For the record, this is a luxury effect that is not necessary to telling the story of the film. We didn't have enough time or money to create a real bleeding wound on set, so this is more of a bonus thing.)

My basic plan is to track the wound, then track another feature on his face to get rotation/scale data and comp on a bleeding effect from ActionVFX.

However, I'm seeing lots of face tracking tutorials on YouTube.

Anyone got any suggestions for the best approach in AE?

I have a layer (say particle). I want to place the particle layer all over the composition randomly. Each particle should have a different position, scale, and rotation value.

I tried to use the particle playground effect to use the particle layer to scatter it randomly. And once I find the desired frame, I'll hold it with time remapping. That was the plan. In fact, it was partially successful. However, the problem arises when the particle seems to be very even. Only the position property was affected but I'm not sure how to affect the other two properties, i.e. scale and rotation.

I don't know any 3D package but I've seen people scattering the 3D models with the help of nodes and some crazy stuff. Is it possible to rig something like this in AE as well?

How this transformation to whirl shape was done? Was this made only using paths? Cause I don't understand how this transition from lines to whirl can be done without using tons of path keyframes.

I’m trying to make a video start in colour but slowly fade to black and white, eventually ending in black and white. If this is possible and someone knows how to do it please let me know. (Fairly new to after effects)

I'm an ambient music producer and need seamless video that i can use for my ambient track. Even though my tracks are somewhat long the video doesn't have to be long since its seamless(20 secs orso). If possible in 2k or 4k because since its a new channel youtube won't give me the good compressions when 1080p.

How you design it is completely up to you. You are competently free in how you design it. I will send you a demo of the track and you can design something based on the emotions/thoughts you have while listening to it. You don't have to listen all the way through of course, its to give you the idea on the theme or mood.
