Hey all,
A lot of you have no idea who I am so I should introduce myself!
My names Jonathan and I'm a hand balance coach from the UK. I've taught Handbalance for 7 years and eve level from beginner to super advanced (one of my students now being a flyer for Cirque). I've been living in Tokyo for the last two years and have just registered as a freelance. After 2 years I now have permission to engage in International Online Training, due to visa restrictions I can only take limited students so the prices are at the higher end of what you'd find out there.
If you're interested in what I offer please head over to my new Instagram The Movement Garden, send me a message and I'll send you my E brochure with all the details of my coaching.
Kindest,
Jonathan
After doing mobility, flexibility and strength in the hips and shoulders, I start training one-handed handstands.
There are many exercises to develop that skill, but this is a very safe and efficient one. I'll tell you why.
Riding on one hand is the most difficult, and this exercise trains just that. Once we manage to get on, we will have to train how to stay in that place.
Let's keep in mind that first, we must be able to stand firmly on two hands.

I am sooo in love with this apparatus!
It lets me add 6 options max so I had to put all the aerials under single option.
