Hi there,
Is a 70" plow too big for an Outlander Max XT on tracks? I've seen ATVs usually use a 60" width, but I want to know if anyone uses this setup. Thanks.
I really enjoy riding my atv on trails, polaris 570. I have a buddy who has the same thing but just hauls ass on trails, like just goes as fast as possible and I can keep up but I'd rather go at a more chill pace. Curious what others here like to ride at. For reference we ride in mass on a mountain called rock mountain. Gorgeous trail.
I took my 1997 honda trx300ex to the mechanics because it wouldn’t start, after 4 months he figured it out and I just got it back yesterday!
He told me that I needed to replace the rear swing arm bearing, it was just replaced at the beginning of the year so I thought I would tell you guys what it’s doing. See if anyone knew if it was that bushing or maybe it’s the carrier bearing. ( also replaced in January. )
Here’s the problem:
You can see the back rotor is pretty loose and it makes a whole lot of noise. The bolt type thing next to it is also pretty loose as well. The back end wobbles a lot more then normal and makes a lot of noise.
I’m not sure what it is, honestly I’m very confused tbh. Lmk what you guys think, any tips on thoughts are appreciated.
it has a metal scraping noise when i rev to high
hi lately ive been thinking about getting an atv but not really sure what would be good for me, im 22 not that tall (5’6) and i was talking to a coworker about it and he said 300-450 would suit me best.
I live near lots of trails and old farm fields so i dont think i would do much mudding. is there anything you would avoid? also maybe good light bar mounts/kits, would love to do some night riding but live in black bear country so i wanna see what i might be driving into lol. also recommendations for storage as where i live gets lots of snow in the winter
im preferably looking for new and i dont want to spend more than 10,000. thanks for the help :)
(also any safety gear recommendations would be helpful as well)
I've been looking at buying the 2024 Kodiak 700 EPS SE. It would be my first atv and I've been doin the research on reliability.
If I wanted to go with the 450 for lower price point, would the performance in snow plowing and general ability to keep up with the pack on trails be a concern?
I want to join an atv club and don't want to be a drag lol
Need help fixing this bog Already tried smaller and bigger main and pilot jets but doesn’t change a thing Idles fine but when u stab throttle it bogs and starts high idle Has full fmf exhaust and k&n air intake
I have a hitch receiver on the atv, but am wondering how to attach this wagon to it. I do not know anything so please let me know anything that may be helpful.
If I were to connect these two, I don’t think the connection would hold with uneven terrain. If the atv leans left and the wagon leans right, there’s no play in the connection. With it being rigid, I fear it would snap under the pressure.
What’s the best way to connect these two?
Tia!
Hello guys! Im new in the motorcycle world and i was wondering what safety equipment do people use for ATV riding. I was considering only the helmet but now i think gloves are worth it too.
Hey so I have a 2000 Honda foreman and I’m looking for a cheaper muffler since my is broke any tips?
Hello, where is the speed limiter is on the Aodes 650 EPS? Or Is there no limiter, and does the program need to be rewritten in the computer, or do I need another computer with a different program?
Any idea how to reset the oil life on this model Honda? Everything I can find for other hondas says to hold down the trip meter, but that doesn't seem to do it. I can't find anything with this exact instrument cluster.
Thanks!
Hey I’m looking on building a realible duner yfz only problem is how can I get to 60+ hp without sacrificing to much realibility if you know anybody that can help or anything ?
got a 84 honda fourtrax 350d. It has been sitting for years, But i cleaned the carburetor and gas tank and got it to run, but it bogs down whenever you give it more than 25% throttle, I know pretty much nothing about four wheelers and i dont know where to start, does this seem like a carburetor or ignition issue
DR Power had these drag harrows on sale with free shipping, so I had to grab one for my food plots and gardens
Ok, so hear me out. I love Hondas for their reliability. How many agree and have heard that? Me for sure!
I don't think since the 250r people have ever said I love my Honda for it's power!
So my point is yes Hondas a notoriously reliable but my theory is that it's because 5/8 times you're jumping on the fast/powerful/fun quad or if you do get the Honda out, it's only putting in 80% of the effort from the start.
Give me your worst 😆🤣😂
Hi all, i have a 2006 Suzuki Ozark quadrunner 250. Having issues with acceleration. The engine sounds like its running fine and it will drive at low speed but when applying throttle the revs increase but it doesn't accelerate. I have checked the differential to see if there is any slipping and it looks in great condition. The fuel lines are all clear. I've done some adjustment of the carbeuretor but this didn't seem to help.
I would be greatful of any ideas of what might be going on. Cheers.
Looking to do a valve adjustment on my '06 Rancher however, every video I have watched uses the recoil pull start to get the engine to top dead center. The pull start on my machine is currently not working (think it needs to be rewound) and I am not able to do that atm (if you have any good videos in doing this, please share).
Anyway, is there a way to get the engine to top dead center without using the pull start and without taking most of the engine apart?
it's a concept i simply love. i wanna hear about or see some pictures of predator swapped wheelers.
Finally got around to mounting my new itp holeshot mx6 tires. Currently running 20x6-10 front and 18x10-9 rears . Tires are wrapped around dwt rocks lok fronts and single beadlock rears . What do you guys think of the build up so far ?
