I bought it 3 months ago. All is well with the laptop but it wasn’t plugged to the charger last night. Today I plugged it in, tried to power it on and nothing happened.

Now 2 hours later I can’t turn it on. Tried holding the power button, nothing happens. Is it dead? What do I do to fix this?

Although a bit contrary to the intended use cases of laptops, did is there someone that removed the matte coating from his MiniLED laptop panel and can tell how the viewing experience changed?

Hi, when I press the keys on my computer, it takes between 2 and 5 seconds for them to appear on screen. When it types a letter, it waits half a second to type another. This is no different when playing games making it literally impossible. Anyone know what is wrong? My computer was updated today but worked for 2 hours fine.

I have bought an Azoth Keyboard and I'm really happy with my purchase. But now, I would like to change the Rainbow RGB colors to the same colors of my Rig. I have read so many bad things about the AC driver. That's why I'm afraid now to download it. What are your recommendations? Should I even bother, or is there maybe another way to change the RGB settings?

Finally completed my full (90%)rog build :)

Took me about 6/7 hours between dissemble previous pc and assembling the Helios. This was my third build.

as bootable I have a 2tb 990pro Samsung

My peripherals are: Keyboard Strix Scope NX TKL White - Mouse rog strix impact II white - ROG Moonstone Ace L white as mousepad - I also got the Throne QI with the Rog Delta White as headset.

As I'm planning to move to OLED I'm thinking in the future to buy the swift oled 34.

Hi, yesterday, I noticed that MyASUS app doesnt remember my asus id, whenever i close the app and reopen it asks me username and password, but when i switch to local user not microsot account on my notebook everything works well (it doesnt require my username and password when i open MyASUS app)

I'm trying to pair my DualSense via Bluetooth on my PC but it's not detected at all. I'm using Windows 11 and I have the ROG Maximus Hero MB. I tried almost everything, checked for DualSense update, reinstalled Bluetooth driver, tried to install a previous version of the Bluetooth driver, tried to pair my other 3 DualSense controllers, updated Windows 11, installed that latest Windows 11 update (the one where they announce that they're gonna support DualSense controller even more to prevent connecting issues), fully charged the controllers, updated bios and many more methods I found on the internet... I'm so helpless guys, it's been a year since the first try, I don't know what to do more....... PS: I can use it via USB cable. (wired)

Hello, I have a G614JV-N4071W Rog Strix 16 inch Laptop 2023.

I want to upgrade the RAM and SSD. What is the maximum RAM this laptop will support?

Also, whchi 2TB NVME 2280 SSD should i buy? i am not looking to replace the existing SSD and rather install a new SSD in the empty port.

There are many variationso RAM in terms of Mhz and brand. which would be fully supported by this laptop? and does it require changing of options in BIOS?

Has anyone used G-Helper as an Armoury crate alternative on desktop rather than laptop?

Is this an acceptable score for both the GPU and CPU?

This was on default settings and set to "Turbo" mode in armory crate. No undervolting.

I have an ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS (now with the latest BIOS and driver updates) with AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, a  2 TB Samsung 980 Pro Gen 4 M.2 NVMe installed in the M2_1 slot, an older 3 TB Seagate SATA drive, and this 1 TB TEAMGROUP brand SSD. When this SSD is connected to a SATA port it may initially work, but then start showing “A Device Which Does Not Exist Was Specified” when I opened various folders. Eventually Disk Manager would report the File System as RAW; and then the drive would disappear. Or File Explorer would hang trying to view files on the drive. However, I have a SATA to USB adapter. If I plug that drive into a USB port with the adapter it works perfectly fine; and shows no issues with various disk utilities, including one from the manufacture. It also works fine on other systems connected the same way. I tried multiple SATA ports and multiple SATA cables. I also reformatted the drive while it was connected to USB

So; why might I be having an issue? Is it still the drive; even though it works fine connected through USB and other systems; or some setting in BIOS?

I got a problem that seems to appear often on reddit, however I tried multiple solutions and still can't fix it.

I had my pc running this ram, 2 sticks of 8gb, for sometime with docp at 3200, no problem. I wanted to upgrade and bought the same sticks. Same EAN, same SKU. Months appart at the same store.

The pc keeps boot looping and going to factory settings after I installed the new ram in the unpopulated slots. It's now running on 1866mhz and I can't get it any higher. This ram is not on the QVL list for the MOBO but it is for the RAM. On the mobo QVL for rams there are multiple simillar rams from g.skill

Things I know that aren't the problem, or that I already did, to save some time: CPU supports up to 2933mhz 128gb. Already tried doing everything manually, timings, speed and voltage. Still the error occurs. All the sticks are new and working. Mem test shows nothing. All the sticks are the reference but still I rearranged them and mixed them in different slots to see if that fixes it.

Can someone help me out?

This started happening to my monitor and I can't find the solution. I changed the cable and also the DP port but I can't solve it. Reinstalled drivers and neither. I've had this monitor for a year or so and this just started happening less than a month ago. My monitor is an XG27AQ factory overclocked to 165hz.

I always used Gsync for most of my games and never had a problem before. I am currently using the 537.42 driver. My graphics card is a 3080 Ti

So i bought this harpe ace 2 months ago, it ran smoothly without any problems until recently, when i noticed it keep double clicking on my pc and other pcs. I had tried to update the firmware for it and it still hasn't fully fix the issue (tho it reduces the frequency of the problem). What should i do to completely fix this double clicking problem? Hey, I am playing CS2 and always played on custom resolution(always had Asus laptops). When I tried to set custom resolution through the Nvidia control panel, it didn't work(button greyed). Then I tried to set it through the custom resolution utility, but when I ran "restart 64" at first it worked, but after 1-2 seconds I heard an unplugged sound and it reverted to my native resolution(2560x1600). I tried to contact Asus support, but they say there is nothing they can do. I also tried on my brother's ASUS TUF F15 gaming laptop and easily set custom resolution. I am really upset about it and I will be thankful to hear your advice, thanks!

i know you can adjust color and stuff with nvidia control center but can i mess with display settings? like normal desktop monitor, they have menu built in.
