I just recently (about 1 week) got this monitor but it has gone white, not a full white though it was about 75% opacity, I can just barely see anything on it. I tried changing all the cables, and updating the driver, but I didn't open the monitor yet. Do you have any ideas?
Hey all, I recently decided to install a WD Black SN850X onto my ASUS TUF A16. First, I shut down my laptop. Then, I pried open the case. I did not remove the battery. I slotted in the SSD, but then realized I had to unscrew the screw that would hold it down, so I removed the SSD. Then I tried to unscrew the screw I mentioned. Like many others, I struggled with removing it with just a screwdriver. After that, I tried using a pair of regular pliers. I'll admit that my hand slipped a couple of times, so it is very possible that the motherboard is damaged. I then switched to a pair of needle nose pliers, which actually let me grip the screw and loosen it. I slotted in the SSD. Then, I attempted to put back the screw that would secure the SSD. It was pretty small, so it did drop a couple of times onto the motherboard. I managed to get the screw in the hole by having the needle nose pliers grip it and put it in position, which I then screwed into place, not too hard. Lastly, I put back the case. Unfortunately, the laptop wouldn't turn on afterwards. I tried plugging it in after, but it wouldn't turn on either. I don't see any lights that would come from receiving wall power.
Hi, my friend bought me the Asus Apex Encore Z790 in Germany almost a year ago, he shipped it to Israel where I am located and after roughly 2 months of using the it the motherboard stopped working and gives me qcode 53 error on the LEDs on the motherboard screen, as I read online it’s a memory error however since I swapped 2 cpus and tried different ram kits in different configurations( 1 stick in both slots, 2 sticks and no sticks) and the error persists I figured out it’s the board. Apparently Asus does national warranty in Germany and because of that I cannot get local warranty in Israel, my friend is also from Israel as he was just visiting there. So I sent the motherboard to Germany but because the shop didn’t fill out some form or something it got sent back, I shipped it in August and only received it 2 weeks ago and I had to pay a fee for bringing the board back, not to mention 4 months of wasted time. I do not know what to do, I need help, Asus Israel isn’t helping and the shop where he bought the board from isn’t helping and I’m stuck in this position. Thanks for any help.
Hi guys, i found i out that my laptop is getting the new windows relase 24H2 dose it worth updating?, and for these who installed it are u countering any problems?

My Laptop Is:
Asus tuf gaming f15 2022
CPU: intel core i5 12500H
GPU: RTX 3050 4GB
RAM: 16GB ddr4 3200Mhz
I purchased this laptop earlier this year for KiCad design and some shapr3d design. Also various 3D printing. This laptop came with 24gb of RAM.
I recently purchased an Einstar 3D scanner and realized now the minimum specs for using this scanner is at least 32gb of ram. I’ve already purchased an external graphics card & power supply, and was thinking of buying a 32gb RAM stick to replace the 16gb stick that’s upgradable inside the laptop.
I cannot find anywhere the max RAM for this model, Amazon says “up to 40gb” but can’t find this anywhere else.
o matter what USB Port, they all seem to be faulty because no matter to which one i plug something in, everytime i start moving the keyboard usb stick for example, it gets disconnected and reconnected etc. Because of that i cant even use my external ssd without being very careful that i dont accidentally Touch it or else it disconnects and my linux which i have installed on it turns off.
What may be the cause? Are they all broken?
Hello,
Here is my configuration Asus TUF B650 PLUS for the motherboard Ryzen 7 7800X3D for the cpu RAM Is 2x16go CORSAIR DDR5 5600mhz CL40 And my GPU is actually a MSI Nvidia 3070Ti
So my problem is that i recently got a new GPU, GIGABYTE AMD RADEON 7800XT GAMING OC 16G and my motherboard doesnt seem to recognized it. Neither in bios or in Windows. After a few research, i see some problem with the b650 model by MSI but is the problem present with ASUS TUF ? How can i fix it ? Because i know my GPU is correctly connected because the rgb on it is ok, and the fans are working.
Should i just tell my friends that the gpu they bought me for my birthday is not working with my motherboard ? I havent the money to change the motherboard, i recently buy it (like in July 2024)
Can someone help me, please ? 😥
PS :Sorry for my english, im not native
I have bought the newest zenbook s14 laptop. Everything is fine except the audio. It constantly crackles mostly on the right speaker. I have reinstalled / uninstalled drivers, reinstalled windows. Asus support is giving basic fixes that doesn’t work. Should i just send it back?
I finally wanted to purchase my first gaming laptop after my 8year old Vivobook broke down. Super excited, but now I’m having an issue with a recent order from the ASUS online store and am hoping someone here might have had a similar experience and can share advice. I recently placed an order and paid via Trustly. According to Trustly and my bank, the payment was processed successfully and even forwarded to ASUS. However, a few days later, my order was canceled with the explanation that ASUS hasn’t received the payment. Trustly confirmed that everything was transmitted correctly, but ASUS claims otherwise. Now I’m unsure where my money went and why the order was canceled. Has anyone experienced similar problems with ASUS or Trustly? How did you resolve it? Thanks in advance for your help!
Asus Zenbook Pro 15 OLED
Looking to buy a laptop for my wife, she is a teacher and uses windows office and zoom a lot. I may use it for a light gaming, nothing heavy at all.
Her last laptop is dell from 2015-16, so are these specs good enough for the next 6-8 years ?
If someone has this laptop, I appreciate your help a lot !

It won't turn on. I can hold the power button for 30 seconds, the power light comes on, the battery light (green?) will blink twice stop blink twice stop over and over for about a minute before both turn off. doesn't matter if it's plugged in or not. I've left it plugged in and doesn't turn on. I've connected to a monitor which says there is no input. the lights won't come on if the button is pressed less than 30 seconds. won't turn off unless pressed for 30 seconds or times out. vivobook flip tp470e.
So I used to turn radio of on my router at nighttime. From the app. Then in the morning inturned it on again from the app. But lately it has not been working. The app can't connect to router. Any ideas why?
My motherboard when it starts up it does orange then red then white, I know white is for VGA but I've tried with and without a graphics card but with the same result, I've also tried taking out the CMOS battery and letting it sit and I've tried updating the BIOS. This is a brand new motherboard I haven't used it yet. Any help would be appreciated
I just got a new cpu and ram and mobo, but the wifi drivers wont work, ive been at this for 3 hours i need help
Hey there, I've got an Asus vivobook (about 1.5 yrs old) and earlier this evening I noticed my tab, 1, q, and a keys weren't responding. I tried restarting, I tried uninstalling the drivers, I've tried turning off stickey keys and filter keys, and to top it off when I run the trouble shooter it says there's no issues found. Any thoughts on how I might fix? TIA
So. I was play Callisto Protocol on Ultra settings when I noticed that my AMD Adrenalin overlay was telling me that I had a GPU Fan Speed of 0 rpm while GPU utilization was at 100%. That was obviously concerning but I could hear the fans and temps were around 80-85c @ 100% util...
But still, I was concerned.
I peaked under Armoury Crate and I saw that Armoury Crate on the other hand was registering both my CPU and GPU fan speeds at 5600 rpm.
But that 0 rpm readout from Adrenalin was still bothering me. So I uninstalled and re-installed Adrenalin drivers. Still 0 rpm. Armoury Crate still read 5600. OK then, let's check some third party software. And so I went ahead and booted both GPU-Z and HWInfo up.
0 RPM
Let's try G-helper. 5600 rpm.
Can someone please explain to me WTF is going on? LOL
Hey, today I got my new PG248QP monitor, but when I set ULMB 2 on the screen gets white after a couple of seconds, I searched in some forums for a solution but nobody found it yet, last one who had this issue was 6 months ago, is there any solution for this ?
I just purchased this monitor and I was wondering if the USB-C port on the monitor can be used for any thing other than attaching the monitor to PC. I would like to attach USB HDs or maybe a Hub ?

As shown above, the monitor mount of XG27WCS cannot pivot +/- 90 degrees because of the metal stopper. It only allows for pivoting about 10 degrees. I'm not sure if this mechanical issue is specific to this model or if I just got a bad stand with the wrong part by chance. The official website for this model (XB27WCS) clearly says "The ergonomically-designed stand provides tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustment...". You can also find an image of this model pivoting to a portrait position on the Amazon page where this model (XG27WCS) is being sold by the ASUS store. https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-HDR400-Curved-Monitor-XG27WCS/dp/B0CV21WBRJ/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3VCXSWC72NS4R&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.1ufsjLz5JuNo_VS1SIxWAXQHoib5R-16hfCGtyFVnAP-mMw9fUP3Z0yWF_8f-vqUPsH3d06VNRr2Qw9Y_-eWbeCTWHT_u4EsYOZlFV7p6R5ZXLrFaZ6xtWUUqvjKdwlI8MTcL37hyxwXSMiF_WjJh0qfcp5woq2T2eXgVE31S67LpCr_BfpmS6ffs1EjPKagE9nL3GuA5qN6yaDznAlsnK4FW3inE0TbXRplrvQsTTY8IeAeDOavthqWaIOOdXienwtATYU1flluXQhCT2TdkkEziOk0-IvtYeKFrun8gUI.nq98r2k17OYSUN8ZiVjOzDQpVU3S-s08jllfjfzdpLE&dib_tag=se&keywords=asus+xg27wcs&qid=1733276618&s=electronics&sprefix=asus+xg27wcs%2Celectronics%2C150&sr=1-1
Is anyone here experiencing the same issue?
As the title suggests, my touchpad won't turn back on even after pressing its associated button (F6). Has anyone else expérienced this? I really don't want to hard reset this laptop.
Processeur : Intel i7-14700KF
GPU : MSI RTX 3080
Carte Mère : Asus TUf Gaming WiFi Plus D4
Ram : Corsaire Vengeance Pro RGB 4x8 (32Go)
Alimentation : Corsaire RM750x (750 Watt)
Si quelqu'un connais la solution au problème s'il vous plait, merci d'avance.
I bought an Azoth to replace my G915 TKL.
The keyboard itself is great. The software, on the other hand, is some extremely unprofessional trash. The Azoth software won't even launch anymore (generic Page Error shows up, even after uninstalling/reinstalling, used to get other random messages.)
They wrote the thing in NodeJS for whatever reason. ASUS, we normally use C++ for this. Or if you want something easier, use something C# related because it's tied to Windows and there are frameworks for UI design, and fire off C++ stuff.
Why the hell are you using a loosely typed high level framework for low level hardware control? Your software constantly crashes, can't be uninstalled without an uninstall tool, and managed to disable the clip board on Windows. I am certain there are many other bugs.
Oh, and have you checked how many processes your software launches? There's more ASUS .exes running for this fucking keyboard than chrome.exes caused by chrome tabs.
Btw, I'm a developer. I am never buying an ASUS product again despite using your stuff for years (I've never had to install anything except drivers and bios updates; I had no idea their Windows software was this bad.) Your software is seriously some next level unprofessional trash.
Turned computer off for cleaning when i booted it up it went into safe mode i can still use it by booting manually
Hello.
In this version of the laptop there is no possibility to increase the memory - it is soldered on the board. Will it work in dual-channel mode? Or will any alternative laptop (Acer Aspire A15 41M R04A) where you can add RAM be faster? Thank you. Sorry my English.
