Apple Vision Pro’s (AVP) Image Quality Issues – First Impressions – KGOnTech (kguttag.com)

Interesting comparisons to Almalences system, as AVP also seems to use dynamic eye tracked lens correction.

OQmented annoucements: LBS light engine with 19 lumens next year and more

Our co-founder and CEO Dr. Ulrich Hofmann was presenting at this year’s SPIE AR|VR|MR in San Francisco. In case you couldn’t make it to his talk “MEMS and laser-based microdisplay light engine for AR”, here are the key takeaways:

☑️ By the end of 2025, OQmented will bring to market complete plug and play LBS light engines with up to 19 lumen, designed for high-volume production

☑️ OQmented has successfully developed a trajectory control system which overcomes perception artifacts

☑️ In addition to conventional optical integration, OQmented has started to integrate light engines on wafer level; disrupting light engine manufacturing and enabling the simultaneous integration of up to 1,000 light engines
