Does anyone know if I can get these in a 17inch size and would it fit my 4Runner. I’m gonna be googling the answer right after, but I wanted to see if anyone knew right off the bat.
Thanks 🙏🏽
I have a 2021 TRD Pro in black. I want to replace the rear bumper, but all I can find in the aftermarket are bumpers that require cutting the original. I'd like to find one that goes up the side to the next body gap. Any ideas?
I’ve been looking to replace my 2017 taco trd pro with a four Runner, I’ve been looking for a 4th gen v8 limited and haven’t found one, but a opportunity to get a low mileage 2019 4Runner trd pro has come up, now I’m stuck wondering if I should get the 5th or 4th, I could use the new car as soon as possible so I don’t want to be stuck looking for a 4th gen forever. What do we think?
My license plate light screws are rusted and stripped and i’m going to have to drill them out. Does anyone know what size screw fits in there ?? Thanks
Throwing this question out there as I haven't come by any relatable insight online.
I just purchased a 2022 Toyota sr5 4runner (<50k miles). At times I hear a slight harmonica/accordion noise. It happens at different speeds and when I am / am not turning the steering wheel (power steering fluid is good). Anyone else experienced this and able to resolve it?
GF backed into a pretty tall curb and hit my driver side rear wheel against curb. Hit wasn’t too hard at all nor was she going fast but did feel a big thump when she hit. Could she have broke or bent anything.

Just bought a 2017 limited 4wd to replace my 99 limited 2wd I was wondering will this grill fit? I know the limited has a slightly different front end
I just acquired a used 4Runner. My 2015 4Runner SR5 is having some weird issues. For some reason once the car is turned off I can no longer lock or unlock the doors using the buttons. Even with the key fob it will not unlock unless the car is turned on. Along with this the horn is not working. I can't hear the fuse clicking when I try pressing it while listening in the fuse box. Any idea what could be going on?
What you aren’t seeing is the amazing drive up the snowed in fire road. Lots of laughs from the family bouncing and sliding, even used the multi-terrain “mud and sand”.
Wifes 2022 TRD Off Road shocks are making quite a bit of noise despite only being at 40k miles. So I figure it might as well upgrade a bit since she wants a lift anyway. We don't do anything crazy just some trail riding with a few creek crossings. I'll be honest i know next to nothing about lifting a vehicle,I've always been a lowered car guy I do all my own work so labor costs besides an alignment arent an issue. She's not sure how much of a lift she wants probably 2-3 inches so I think an adjustable set would be best. Looking for OEM or better ride quality on and off road. Thanks.
I am looking to finance a 2021-2024 4Runner and was looking to get some advice. A 5th Gen 4Runner is my dream car especially because of the way it looks and how it feels.
I was wanting to get an TRD Off-Road 4WD, however the state I currently live in doesn't have the best off-roading trails, at least the area I live in. I probably won't be able to do off-roading as much if at all until I can move states. I'm also having trouble finding a TRD Off-Road to finance.
I know if I do get an off-road I will have to do the once a month 4-hi and 4-lo, that way things can stay lubricated and not break due to not being used. Which is the only thing I'm comcerned about.
Would it be better to just get an SR5 or should I get a TRD Off-Road and do the monthly checks. I plan on moving to a state like Colorado at some point.
Turned off my car while emergency brake was engaged and car was still in reverse. Did not notice until I went to get off and can hear my car creaking pretty loud and the dash starting beeping like crazy. Driveway has a pretty steep incline so usually engage emergency brake first but forgot to shift into park. Could I have put stress on transmission or anything?
Had a 3rd gen, 4th gen, and now a 5th gen. Feels good to be back behind the wheel of a 4Runner. 🥳
Hi all , I hope everyone is well and safe .
With the rise in auto thefts, and our T4r's being very high on the hit list , Can anyone suggest the easiest access to install a disconnect for the ignition or fuel pump . My 16 SR5 has several : "blanks" in the dash for various options that I don't have , so I was thinking of simply getting a switch like ADD or something "plausible" in the Runner and easily overlooked and switching it with that .
Looking forward to all the crazy ideas ..lol ..
thanks...

It’s a slight effort for her now to step into the passenger seat. Would 1.5 inch be better? Love my 2018 beauty and thank you in advance!
Hey r/4Runner community! I'm in a bit of a dilemma and could use some insight from experienced owners.
I've been shopping for a 4Runner and recently test drove both a SR5 and TRD Off-Road Premium. Here's where I'm stuck:
SR5:
TRD ORP:
Price difference is about $10k, which isn't insignificant. I know the TRD ORP is typically more desirable and has better resale, but I genuinely preferred how the SR5 drove. Maybe I'm missing something?
A few questions:
Would really appreciate any advice or experience you all can share. Thanks!
What is everyone running as aftermarket suspension? I’m looking to upgrade mine, hopefully with a BF discount. Other than the usual Dobinsons, King, Fox, what are brand would you recommend? I’m looking for something high quality, smooth ride and preferably adjustable.
Thanks
Hey all. Starting looking into buying molle panels for the rear windows. Was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for cheap but good quality panels.
I’ve seen a few review videos on these but was wondering if anyone had any other recommendations.
Thanks!
Hey everybody, just checking to see if anybody has had an experience with the Dasaita head unit that is going in my 2018 TRD ORP. Pulled my head out checked all the connections no problems there this unit is just randomly failing so I am replacing with this unit, all the reviews seem to be really good. Every control is maintained. Any thoughts?
What I have: superpro USA LCA and just installing a bilstein 5100 1.75” lift in the front, 5100 rear with a 1”cornfed spacer.
With that being said, do I need to get an offset UCA? Or can I just keep the stock one and replace the bushings?
Do any other part need replaced too?
