Hey everyone,
I’m actually very very new to the warhammer games, I played verminhide for a bit on Xbox, and just got space marines 2 and the ps5 inquisitor ult edition for like 12 bucks, so far my favorite so far, got roughly 2 hours in and level 34, mostly looking for people I can play with, I play at +5 difficulty I believe, pretty challenging but high risk high reward is kinda my thing, which is why I bailed on space marines 2 , high risk very little reward it felt like, gameplay was 10:10 tho, and came to this game plus it was a hot deal, crusader multi build, if anyone down to play add me
KINGDEATH679 could honestly Use help , 10/10 across the board on this game, not playing seasonal character, might later idk,
I played perfectly fine up until Level 53 on Season of Inferno with a Battle Sister.
Now everytime I log on and open any inventory menus the game freezes and I have to force close it. Last night it even locked up my computer and I had to power it off.
Love this game and don't want have to put it down! I did reach out in discord and still waiting for a reply there as well.
Any help would be appreciated!
As in the Title.... my first go with game playing it hard last 30 days...kinda figured id be able to take it on later, but seeing some of the video and builds 118 etc... 50+ seems Ive screwed myself for the seasonal boss mission, or have I... still learning... know it could be a second topic but what's up with extreme lack of Co-op in the game... does is suck? second thought was 50+ would be a party for 4? but i never see any one on for co-op...
Just started playing, more interested in campaign as am a huge 40k lore nerd.
started as crusader, but when i went to create a new class, it said i could skip campaign on new charecters as long as i beat the main campaign.
i played up to chapter 5, after i defeated the great unclean one i saw the credits go by, and afterwards it opened up some more missions, but then it came up with a new mission, saying the maytr is back.
i assumed this was the start of the next DLC / continuation of story, so i went to create a new charecter, a tech adept, and it almost seems like a brand new campaign, where the events of the original story didnt happen since i'm fighting nids on a planet while on the tail end of a quest to find uther.
does each DLC charecter have their own storyline? will the soritas sisters have it's own campaign as well?
does my crusader's story continue past chapter5, and the end credits was like.. a midroll?
i'm kind of confused.. i will gladly play all diff charecters if they each have their own story, but i'm not quite sure what im missing, i dont want to miss any story, but im kinda getting tired of crusader gameplay and want to try diff inquisitor out..
can anyone explain the campaign progression/storyline to me in detail please?
again, i dont care too much about the 'game' within , as im not the biggest ARPG fan, just want to suck the most story/lore out of this game as possible.
So I got my wife to return to playing the game with me for us to do together. We kept trying to play but she kept getting disconnected from almost every match! Now she wants to go back to Grim Dawn again, great game as well, but I love this game. Any ideas on why this is happening or or this normal on PC?
Hi there the games ultimate edition seems to be discounted at 13 dollars on playstation but I noticed the base game is discounted at 4 dollar and the complete upgrade pack at 4 dollar too which looks like it includes everything the ultimate edition does so I can save 5 dollars is there anything different? Because I seen some games older editions not including some stuff (also do I need ps plus to play the game or only when I want to play with friends?) thanks in advance
TL;DR Anyone knows where launch file is located on windows for offline mode?
I'm experiencing a microlag of sort on my newly build PC. After some research I've found a solution here https://www.reddit.com/r/40kinquisitor/comments/g9e50x/fix_if_you_have_microlagstutter_on_a_nice_pc/ (kudos to that guy btw) that explained the issue is related to affinity, which helped with lag but I want to create a shortcut. For that I need to find offline mode launcher. Can somebody point me where it can be located please?
Hello,
New to this game, first character just playing the campaign using crit physical assassin sniper. I’m almost at lv60, and leveling speed is slowing down. I’m currently at Prophecy, and I’m not sure if I’m doing things right.
My gear priorities are exp %, loot quantity, and loot quality, and crit chance if I can get it. Is that right?
I play my assassin as a pure sniper by rotating camera on my ultra wide monitor, and slowly shoot and retreat. It worked well enough for the 60 levels so far, I don’t know how well it’s going to continue working. Plus it doesn’t feel very powerful even though it gets the job done with minimal deaths. Is this the correct play style? Are deaths not that important?
I’m hoarding all the relic/orange items and whatever shards of stuff I find, is that correct? Is there some use for these items later?
I spent my fate points into the attribute and passive from the hospital ship, but I’m beginning to regret not putting it into crafting; is there a faster way to farm fate? 1 per mission is kinda low.
I’m playing on normal difficulty where the levels are the same as yours, should I switch to story difficulty and enemies are 4 levels lower? Is progressing through campaign important or should I be farming something at this point?
When I created the character, the game said my weapons are sniper rifles and shotguns, can I use other weapons like autogun or pistols or are there hidden bonuses/penalties to these?
Thanks
Recently started playing again (stopped after Battle Sister DLC) on PS and Im wondering if console is getting the Hierophant class when it releases for PC or will it be released later?

Today I am bringing you some of the most Broken and Overpowered Mechanics you can use (and abuse) in Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor Martyr. Hope you Enjoy!
So basically I am in the chapter 4, i already made a couple of decision, one at the end of chapter 3 and another in the secondary quest about the Drukhari, but i still have both path blocked. I'm level 53 with a sister Sororitas character. I did something wrong? It's a bug? I should just wait and keep going? If you could explain without spoilers i would be even more thankful!
I purchased the Ultimate Edition on PS5 a while back and have played a Tactical Crusader seasonal character up to level 46 in the Season of Judgement.
I've not done any Seasonal Missions as of yet.
As I played, I didn't focus much on the story. Rather, I concentrated on finishing missions and learning the mechanics of the game. And I absolutely LOVE this game!
I'm considering restarting the game with a Battle Sister, and taking the time to appreciate the story and lore. However, I'm trying to figure out if I should make her a seasonal or regular character.
The game states that a Seasonal Character becomes a regular character once the season ends. What exactly does that mean?
Since the Ultimate Edition contains 5 seasons, does that mean I can only play a seasonal character in one season? Then what? Do I have to start all over with another character in a different season? Are there time limits on the seasons?
Also, does the dialogue or story change between a regular character and a seasonal character?
I'm just trying to get the best play experience without having to create a new character all the time.
Thanks to anyone who can clear this up for me.
I can play the ps4 version for free but I’m kind of a stickler for fps. I’m down to drop the extra money on the ps5 version but only if it is worth it? Thoughts?
I know I know..rngesus, but even with using the tarot cards and seals for gear, I'm still getting a shit ton of blues and greens. Barely any oranges and def not the higher tiers. I consistently play +4 levels for the past 10 levels or so. I don't run a ton of plus quantity or quality gear, but I have some.
Feel like the rnd seed is bugged for me because on other characters, I get good loot drops.
Offline mode as well. Anyone feel the same way as well at times?
Basically the title, but the unlock requirement on my Ancient Relic is not triggering. I'v read that this could happen when you level-up at the end of the mission and thus no longer satisfy the 'on your level or higher part', but even when running missions on Hard and double-checking if I am still at the mission level does not work. Any tips?
EDIT: It does work on non-story missions. Weird to make the distinction, but at least I can unlock it now.
So before I properly understood how the tarot upgrade system worked, I leveled a number of my cards to the point where I need several hundred duplicates to go any further. My "chance for tarot cards to drop" one is only level two, and there's a dull ache in my chest when I think of how long it'll be before I make up for that early mistake...
This isn't the end of the world, as it is just for the seasonal journey, but can this be rectified without grinding until the end of time? My Sister has gone from level 90 to 95 with barely a sniff of an upgrade, and that's with constant use of the two duplicate tarots stacking on top of the card drop one.
I'm willing to look at more...radical...solutions is going legitimate isn't possible.
This is for the XBox XS version, Season of Judgment, for whatever difference that makes.
I was just browsing the ps store and the PS4 version is like 4 euro but I am worried because I noticed that the PS5 version has the sister dlc while the PS4 version doesn't.
As title suggests, Im just about to start my playthrough after snagging the game on humble bundle. I'm a huge 40k and ARPG fan so I'm expecting to love the game. What mistakes do I need to avoid making as a new player?
Praise Slaanesh
I started doing my first void crusade at lvl 60 rolling with a flamer and multi melta but I am noticing fighting khornates I take way more damage, mostly through DoTs. I flubbed a mission this way (repeatedly dying to DoTs) which suck cos most times they are a breeze frankly.
Khorne missions always have me getting to much lower health and I dont know where it is coming from.
Can someone explain me please, how the weapon-damage works ?
For example i have a blue Flamethrower with DMG100 and 2 Extras. I found 2 more. A green and purple one with different extras and also higher class and therefore more DMG (120). But when I click into the weapon, where i can see the 4 Attacks -> all 3 show me the same numbers there !! The same Attack amount and the same DPS. I saw this behavior also on other weapons…..but I discovered also weapons, where is different. How the heck does this work, I don’t understand :-(
just wondering if this is a thing, or will i just need to rush my buddy through it? he's probably like over 1/2 done with everything but is in a mid tier level, wonderinf if I could copy a save file and just have him load itto his game so we could start new guys on the same season and be able to play with everything unlocked.
I'm playing around with a sniper on season of judgment and am looking into the execution mechanic how does it work? It seems useless from reading it... But is it actually? Is there like a breakdown how it works?
I play the game since years on PS4, got more than 4k missions Wunder my belt, got a at least 8 maxed out chars along with some pretty solid leaderboard rankings.
Does all this tranfers if I change system to PS5 (playing PS4-version)? And if I happen to buy the PS5-version of Martyr, does it transfers here (too)?
Hey fellas, I'm currently doing a zircon void crusade, in offline mode, following a guide, getting the hidden cogitators and side missions, yet none of the secret missions unlock. I have just completed the last available mission, and have now hit a dead end. I've seen someone say the same thing on steam forums (offline play as well), have any of you experienced this? Know a fix, maybe?
Thaanks
idk if this is stupid or like an L take but i wish i could like open a skill slot on a power maul to use an act of faith on it instead. maybe i cant for balance reasons but thats not that broken imo
The game was on my radar since it added to PlayStation Plus extra tier library and I just started playing it on PS4 and was planning to get the DLCs as well because I love Battle Sisters and heard Prophecy adds new story missions.
Problem is I don't know if it make sense to buy DLCs for a game that is in library which can get unavailable to play in any moment they decide. That's why I was looking to maybe buy it so I don't face the problem of one day it getting dropped out grom the library in one of the rotations. It also seemed good time do buy it since it's on sale right now but PlayStation store does not allow me to buy it and shows as I own it. It's probably because library games technically works as if you own them I guess but that means that I can't buy it right now. There is a Complete Upgrade Pack which also has Prophecy DLC but I assume if the game is gone it doesn't mean much.
Do you know if there is any solution to this? Or do you think if I should worry about the game getting dropped out of the library any time soon or ever? Thanks everyone in advance.
