I am debating on getting the new PanoX v3 or the kandao qoocam 3 ultra. Does anyone know if the kandao you can also add nadir logos to the street view videos you take with it?
So i found someone who made a version of spatial media that can do multiple VR videos at the same time.

I used the THETA+ for Android to edit the photospheres I shot on my Google Pixel 6.
My present app version is Version 3.11.0
Did I miss something? Did they discontinue this app? I am able to only view my previous creations. Unable to import any new 360 images. The app doesn't show any options either.
I've seen a few for sale but I haven't seen any posts on the actual panox website, so I'm not sure if it's real.
Is there a cold shoe adapter available for the Qoocam 3 Ultra similar to those for the Insta360 X3/4? The Qoocam 3 Ultra has internal fans to prevent overheating, but they are a bit noisy, prompting me to want to attach my Hollyland wireless microphone. Unfortunately, I can't find any accessories for the Qoocam 3 Ultra. Does anyone know where these might be sold or if there's a 3D print model available? Thank you very much for your help.
Hello everyone!
This morning I took my old Mi Sphere for a walk, but when trying to open the app all I get is a short splash screen, then it closes. I thought it was my phone (Poco F5 on Android 14) so I tried my Mi Note 10 on Android 10 where I knon the app was working before, but same thing.
I tried to search on the internet but I cannot find anything. Well, I know this camera is just old tech so I was expecting that nobody would care, but I'd like to keep it running just because it still works.
Do anybody have some clue?
Hey all,
New to this sub, and new to 360 camera’s. I was able to snag an open box GoPro Max 360 for $133 from Best Buy, but I could get a used Insta360 One X (1st gen) with a dive case and spare battery from offer up.
What’s the better play here? I’ve checked out reviews for both and they’ve got their pros and cons on both sides, so curious what the end-users say if anyone has thoughts
Thanks!
I currently have an XPhase Scan that I use for construction sites. It's an amazing piece of tech and gets the clearest images out of any 360 camera I've used. I'm looking to upgrade to an XPhase Pro, because that one doesn't spin around and might save me time.
However, I almost can't believe that something that doesn't spin (XPhase Pro) can take this quality of photo, even if it's more expensive. Does anyone know if the quality between the two models is comparable, especially in low light? I do a ton of low light shooting.
Hi, Im a VR app developer and 360 VR film maker.
Im currently editing longer clips with voiceover etc and will share the Youtube clip later on. Im surprised by how good I am able to make the images look though in my short promo video linked below. The next one will be in hotspots in London UK if anyone is interested to see any key locations around London DM me I can get some 360 footage.
Give me a follow, ill be dropping more cool hotspots around the city in the next one in Full 360 VR!
Great for if you are a VR user!

Looking for alternative ways to generate revenue with my Matterport camera (other than residential real estate). Business is hit and miss with real estate agents in my area.
I rented a Ricoh Theta X and did a full shoot for a Virtual Tour and evidently the heading data (also called GPSImgDirection) of the camera was off by about -20º for the whole shoot. Its impossible to know that when shooting but I figured it out when I was generating the tour. Luckily the tour software let me adjust it so I didn't have to reshoot it. I recalibrated the compass before as well, so I'm just seeing if anyone out there had experienced this as well?
Hello guys
I am searching about insta360 cameras and have a question,
Can i livestream insta360 X2 and X3 directly in the computer with usb cable ? In 360 mode?
If so, how long can i livestream? indefinitely?
Thanks in advance!
Show with Insta360, Türkiye
Long story short, I lost my Z1 and I am looking to get a new one. Z1 is an amazing camera, but it is dated 2021 (or earlier). I am pretty sure things have changed since then.
I am looking for a 1 inch sensor camera (it is a must), that can save RAW photos (DNG or any other format) and optionally LOG3 videos.
Suggestions?
About 10 years ago, I bought an Insta360 Nano camera that attaches to my iPhone. It was terrific, but then I upgraded my iPhone last year, and the male lightening connector on the camera no longer seats onto the female lightening connector on the phone -- the phone is just a smidge too thick for the Nano now.
So, instead of attaching it to my phone, I've been using it independently. The only problem is that I have no idea what the photos or videos look like in the moment (because it can't attach it to the phone).
I mainly my Nano 360 it when I'm on vacation to take 360 degree photos or videos for myself. Insta360 gives you a little cardboard "VR headset" for viewing the photos on your phone in a 360 degree format. Obviously, I haven't been able to do that, either with my new phone! I'm getting a male to female lightening cord to see if that helps, but really it's not an optimal solution.
Since the camera no longer fits onto my phone, I'm thinking of getting something different. My goal is the same: to take photos and short videos of memorable events or vacations. I hope to be able to upload these into a real, high quality VR headset to be able to enjoy them without needing to use a phone. I don't know anything about VR headsets. I don't know whether any 360 degree camera files/file formats can be used with a VR headset. Obviously the Insta360 Nano stores the data on a micro-SD card. I assume I could download its files into a VR headset (or put the micro-SD card into the headset) ??????
So I'm coming here for guidance. Black Friday is coming up soon, so if there is a good deal on something, I'd like to be prepared!
Thank you!!!!
Just bought a Qoocam 3 ultra to replace a GoPro hero 8. After some testing, and lots of debugging, I find the GoPro image to be a lot sharper than the Qoocam. Is that to be expected? Are single lens action cams generally going to provide a starkly better image (quality)?
I'm planning on attending the British Grand Prix next July and have been wondering for a while whether a 360 camera might be the best way of recording the action without feeling like I'm watching the entire event through a screen. Is the resolution good enough to be able to capture fast-moving cars and enable a novice to edit the action down to footage that looks like the camera was panning? I am thinking that this might allow me to edit the same take down several times, following each car individually - that would be very cool!
What’s the max resolution and bitrate for the livestream and what software & computer You used ?
Has anyone tried to use 360 cameras in their layout for optical character recognition for scanning text. I just have this idea to use 360 camera so it can see different angles of the layout instead of using many cameras.
The vuze.camera site is now gone. The app was yanked. I can't find a way to download:
Did anyone archive this stuff before the site was taken down?
And if I can't get the thing to work, what's the new leader for cheap 360 VR video recording?
