Play nice

So the story of this piece dates back to december of 1944. Not to sure of all the details but it was found around 20 years ago in the forest near Bastonge still in the orginal leather holster. After it was brought back to the US, a guy came into my families gun shop asking to bring it back to its orginal condition. thinking quickly my uncle just offered to trade for it, and the guy agreed. my uncle cleaned it up taking the surface rust off and cleaning the insides out and replacing the springs. For as rough as she is, she is my favorite 1911 I have.

One recently completed in genuine stingray for a 5 inch no rail!

I’m looking for a bobtailed ambi 1911 with a rail, ideally optic ready, 9mm or .45, and 5” or 4.25”. Thanks for the help:)

This is my RIA FS TAC 1911. I bought it off my neighbor for a hundred bucks. I love the holster wear, and how it looks with the Surefire. Like old school Delta vibes.

Tisas 1911A 45CP….over 500 rounds through it: flawless..

Been carrying the 4.25 inch ronin AOS with a 407k dot, ssi bite grips and techwell magwell in a tier1 holster. Been nice to carry and great shooter. Anyone else carry one??

Looking to buy a 1911 for a decent price is the g-force 1911 9mm a good choice if not what are some recommendation?

Might be totally Fudding out here, but I got a leather holster a while back to keep the finish on my 1911 nice and sharp looking. Only problem is over the last several months the holster has gotten loose. Anyone know of a way to tighten/ shrink the leather back up again? I believe the holster is a galco combat master.
