In Defense of Public Masturbation

In the following passage, Typhon explains how Piaton controls the involuntary functions, and Gene Wolfe expertly sandwiches masturbation in there.

"He can't get his breath, poor fellow," Typhon said. Now I saw that he had an erection, which he nursed with one hand. "As I told you, I control all the voluntary functions—I will control the involuntary ones too, soon. So although poor Piaton can still move his tongue and shape his lips, he is like a musician who fingers the keys of a horn he cannot blow."

Here, we can understand fingering the keys to mean manual penile stimulation, and horn he cannot blow to mean that Piaton would much rather autofellate himself.

Here, Gene Wolfe is saying that autoeroticism is completely involuntary, which is a clever reference to how I just can't stop Mastering my Palaemon.

So I really don't think I should be judged so harshly for cranking my hog in public.

Samurai Jack is BOTNS

Think about it, Samurai Jack is thrown though all sorts of time periods, Jack is in the far far future, there’s bizarre aliens, Aku and Typhon are incredibly similar, the planet is totally decimated.

Eidetic memory is perfectly achievable through a combination of Peating, semen retention, and massive nicotine intake btw

I have been experimenting and can confirm it's real. I suspect Wolfe knew about these techniques, I will be looking out for references to them during my next read-through

Latest from SMBC. Sadly the graph doesn't include other key factors such as cannibalism, how handsome the grave robber is, and whether or not he's hatless

After all this time, Baldanders' baldness doubts are finally put to rest once and for all by this photo of a bald bald eagle

What is the Best Order to read the Books?

I'm not going to even learn to read until this question is conclusively answered.

The TRUE Baldanders Path

Whether or not Baldanders is bald depends on if I think hair would fit him or not in the scene he’s in.

I also think it would be really Wolfian if it wasn’t consistent at all in Severian’s Memory.
