Everyone playing this server right now has no team skills. Looking for some co-op with squad right now.

Looking to 5 star my M1911. And Magnum, when I unlock it again.

I just paid for a month of this server because I wanted to try it out, but for some reason no random players ever get put into it.

What can I do to get it used more?

Also, is there a way to lower the minimum number of players requirement? I'd like to be able to tool around with a couple of people, but it says minimum is 7 players... which I can't seem to get.

I wouldn't mind putting the settings on hardcore mode either to see how brutal that is.

In case you haven't noticed the large banner across the top of the page, this sub will soon be relocated to a new home.

Next Sunday (Sept 1) we will disable new submissions and redirect this page to /r/psbf. When you come to this sub it will look like this. You may notice this looks like the subs /r/ps3bf4 & /r/ps4bf4 except for one small difference, the "Use subreddit style" checkbox is still visible. This will allow people to still have access to old posts here if they need.

The new sub is set up to handle posts for all BF games and the filter allows users to only see posts for one game if they wish. More info is available on /r/psbf.

If you have any concerns or questions just let me know. If there's anything you want us to add to the new sub, let us know about that too. Community feedback is very appreciated. After all, there would be no point making a new sub if it didn't have what people wanted.

It seems about 70% of the time I actually find a server with people using mics(maybe 1/2 the time i play), its Spanish Speaking... Am I just getting unlucky, or is it like a PS3 "thing"?

When I do manage to get English speaking players, they only seem to use SQUAD chat. I'm use to getting enemy call-outs and force positions from at least 1 guy / squad. Even if I'm on TEAM voip, I've seen guys murdered in the streets as if they simply cant hear me saying "JoeGunz, there's a guy behind you. Take cover JoeGunz, he's chasing after you. JoeGunz, the support with the shotgun standing next to the blue blown up car at Alpha that just threw out ammo - you're about to get knifed, turn around. Aaaaaand down goes JoeGunz"...

So yeah, PS3 mostly deaf and/or spanish speaking?

I'm premium so i have all the maps. I decided to rent one because all i see is operation metro and davamand peak. They're great maps but it gets boring.

I also love to snipe so once in a while ill try and make the rules bolt action snipers only for a few games :D.

Earlier today i was playing bf3 and it was running completely perfect. I came back on to play tonight and now every server i play on my player stutters while moving and running or doing anything. It is to the point where i can't even enjoy the game.

Flying and driving vehicles is damn near impossible since i bounce back n forth all the time and when i sprint its always, two steps forward, two steps frozen, two steps forward etc.

anyone else have this problem?

i reset my modem unplugged everything, removed the disc cleaned it and put it back in. I dunno what else to do

I noticed a lot a servers say "no jet ramming", what does that mean?

I've never seen any real hacking on the PS3 platform. I know about people using each other to get into the ceiling or 3rd/4th floors on certain maps, along with the invincibility glitch I've witnessed first hand where people get on the bikes and become invisible somehow.

However last night I was playing on Siene Crossing, conquest. I had just helped cap A and was making my way towards the hallways to head towards B for support. All of a sudden I was killed (kill cam showed) by someone with a P90 from Bravo. HOW??

There were a least 2 buildings between us and no sight line at all. He/She was half the map away from my position.

It was interesting because this was a 500% server, and when I joined my team was up 400's to 230's when suddenly after a few minutes in the other team were just going crazy and killing everyone quickly closing the gap. We had most of the map and in a short time they had the entire map. They were everywhere quickly.

SO, back to being killed from across the map, after the kill cam it I could not join back into the game. I was in third person view from one of my teammates. I could make the sounds like I was throwing out med packs and teammates were spawning on me, but I was stuck in third person from their view. I even had a target reticule up and if I shot my controller would vibrate. The game was acting like I was still playing, I had to quit the match and rejoin to get back to normal but things were fishy from the other team killing from nowhere so I quit.

Also had issues with another server last night where I was being killed from out of nowhere. Maybe it was my connection but Ive never experienced the crap I did last night.

I've been playing CoD for a few years now, only because all of my friends play CoD. I got BF3 as an early birthday present (August 24 :D) and its really tough! The feel of the game is very different from CoD. In CoD the game feels so fast paced and I do try to play objectives but it seems killing as many people as possible is what everyone focuses on. Also aiming is a million times more difficult in bf3!

Does anyone have tips for a bf3 noob like myself? I'm trying to figure it all out right now but some advice would be great. Is winning the objective the only thing that determines the winner or do kills and stuff count as well? from the 10 minutes I've played multiplayer I didnt see any scorestreaks or things that help you out. sorry for stupid questions, I just want to get good at this game :p I'm pretty decent in CoD but got my ass kicked when I played bf3
