I just ordered a BAWR spout with a locking ring. My daily driver cage is a MM Spyder (the head is basically four intersecting ⅛" steel rods that make a tic tac toe board).

I was thinking having them just weld a washer to one of the bars that I'd put the spout through and then secure with the locking ring.

That sound like a good option for such a cage? Or just have them weld the locking washer to the cage itself? No idea if there would be any challenges with titanium, not a material MM works with and I guess it precludes me from using it for other cages in the future.

As the title of the posts suggest I am looking for a support strap for my chastity cage. I'm wanting something a little more secure that I can also lock up to effectively turn my cage into a full belt. I have found a support strap on Amazon (link included at the end for reference) that attaches to the base ring and has a locking tongue buckle. While this is very close to what I had in mind I'd like an upgrade for the following reasons:

1. my main issue is that the strap is secured to the base ring using button snaps so even if I had the buckle locked it would still be super easy to remove which kinda defeats the purpose of the lock to begin with

2. the back of the buckle tends to dig into my hips a little bit. I've actually woken up with bruising right along wear the buckle sits

3. this last one is a bit nitpicky and not really a big deal but id like a solution if possible. I can't shower with it on cuz it just holds onto water like crazy. I intend to wear it more long term with only occasional deep cleaning days and removing it for every shower is really inconvenient especially if I try to have it more permanently secured to my cage.

I love being locked up, but due to the size difference between soft and hard, I find most cages uncomfortable while erect and in some cases, painful. Also, loose skin is an issue. One of the erect problems is that I press against the walls. This is where most of the pain is coming from, if any. Due to an orchidopexy, I’ve been having major issues finding a suitable cage. Over time, I’ve found that cages with a metal ring (45mm) work best for me. I can also wear these for more than just 30-60 minutes.

My problem is that the skin on my scrotum often becomes quite ‘thick’ and ‘stiff,’ which causes some discomfort. It might be somewhat comparable to soft leather. From what I’ve observed, this tends to happen mostly during the day, while in the evening the skin becomes thin and soft, more like a plastic bag. Often the skin is think, while sitting at my desk, or even liying an my couch. So it's not releated to motion. I find it hard to describe any other way.

When the skin is ‘thick,’ it causes some chafing and tension. I have found a suitable lotion that helps a bit, but I’d still like to know if anyone has had similar experiences and knows what might help with this. I tried a larger ring (50mm), but that’s not an option, as one of my testicles tends to slip through it.

So I've been self-locked for most of Locktober, doing 3-4 days on, a couple days off since I've never done long-term chastity. For the last 10 days I've been locked almost 24/7 except to clean.
