I have someone who relocated from across the country with very little, and I thought I would see if anyone has extras or stuff they are wanting to get rid of. Wanting to keep this as cost effective as possible but I understand some things will have to be bought

I'm an admin for the local Discord server and I wanted to give a heads up about a temporary stop of new users joining for about a week starting at 12 AM on 11/4. This is needed because of both a recent influx of rogue accounts joining and also heightened chances of more in the next few days. We'll be back to normal afterwards. I wanted to give the Reddit a heads up in case someone comes in here and wonders why the join link isn't working.

Also, in the event there is severe weather in the area during that time (Tornado warning or higher), we'll lift the lockdown in case anyone wants to join to get info on the storm. After the weather passes it will be locked down again. Also note that if someone does join during that time, they will need to wait at least 10 minutes before they can interact with the server.

Apologies for what is most likely a repeat topic, but I’d like an up to date list of recommendations if you don’t mind.

So I moved back into town with my wife about three years ago and life has balanced out enough that I’m looking to get back to the gym. I used to live on the west side and went to planet fitness but moved away. I’m looking for a place that’s casual (not a gym rat by any stretch) and affordable somewhere near the Brentwood/central Springfield area.

Any recommendations?

The day after Halloween is now Christmas. The day after Chrismas is now Valentines Day. The day after Valentines day is Easter. The day after Easter is the 4th of July. The 5th of July is now Halloween.

I am looking for an apartment 750 or lower. I’m having issues finding apartments due to my credit. I have a pretty good job so I can afford everything I just can’t find a place that will accept me. Do you all know of any that has units available? Duplexes are fine as well. Just no bugs lol

As the title says. These apartments are notoriously horrible but they got bought out recently by a Florida based company Valiant. They are kicking everyone out and tearing them down to make luxury apartments. Its absolutely laughable. Im just curious who all else is suffering the corporate greed and put the word out that this company is atrocious. We were all told Thursday, as far as I know, and they are already gutting the building while we all still live here. They worked almost until 11 pm last night and started again this morning at 7am. Its insane. They were also tagging residents cars for towing (including ours) and apparently havent told the other buildings whats going on. This shouldnt be legal but this is how it is unfortunately. But yeah, just at least wanted to put the word out about this company.

I’ve been registered to vote in MO with no party affiliation since I was 18, but recently I’ve been wondering if I should register with my party. But as far as I can tell from what I see online, there’s really no reason to since Missouri has open primaries. Are there any benefits to officially registering your party?

So i am currently residing at Spring Valley on Fremont. I need a two bedroom house that doesn't require the three of us renting make three times the rent. we make close to that once i get my job back and my ssa back on track. but right now money is tight and we have to furnish the place. and we don't have any money but in order for me to apply for and get this job i cannot be living here. and these jobs for the blind don't come too often. the house would be better if it were all ground level. and did not have steps to get in. I don't do well with steps on days i need to use my wheel chair. and dogs must be allowed pets in general. i need them for emotional support. we would love it if the rent were under seven hundred so we can afford the utilities. pm me if anyone knows anything. I have to get out of this place state has been here twice this month. they forget my meds. screw this.

The pretty crazy how quickly they are turning into a decent football program considering they went 1-10 in both 2015 & 2019.

I live and work alone, have wonderful friends but most are married or in serious relationships that occupy a lot of their time.
