I've been a few times now on the sapphic nights, and had a great time...but I feel like it's time to take the plunge and try out a non-sapphic night!

Some people had asked for an update on my first Oasis experience!

I’m 37F, and went solo on Saturday Oct 26th for unicorn night. Us unicorns received cute unicorn headbands, super fun.

I went very early, around 6:15. I got the tour (shoutout Veronica) and a free drink ticket. Once we hit the 3rd floor there were already some couples getting busy, but overall the place was quiet. A few hours later I realized just how quiet it was- it got PACKED!!

I wandered around a little, changed out of my street clothes and opted for lingerie… which I immediately regretted once I decided to shower and hit the pool, so I went back up and opted for just a towel.

I made a couple new friends right away, casual chatting in the pool and hot tub. Then I spent some time relaxing in the pool solo, vibing to the music and watching the surrounding buildings and people watching as more people arrived.

I felt a bit shy to approach couples or groups - I chose a green wristband and was watching for others to find more friendly people, but nerves got the better of me.

I wound up meeting a great group that came from a few hours north, a fantastic couple who are regulars, and several other fun and outgoing people.

I did wind up getting into some fun on the 3rd floor and ended the night with a spicy moment in the pool. Unfortunately the place was absolutely packed when I had to run for my trip home and I couldn’t find my new group of friends for a solid goodbye.

I do wish I’d been brave and approached more people, or let myself relax into the experience a little sooner. I think this is something that would get easier with time.
