Property investor tax concessions cost the budget billions every year - money which could be used to build public housing. But Labor and the LNP won't do anything to stop the exponential rise in house prices and the subsequent profits of the big banks.

Is the Gaza topic discussed here?

Given that Bandt has been in the news a bit over this topic -- first for opposing the bill and more recently for the map -- I came here to see what are the opinions of the rank and file about these news items and the relevant issues. But no posts. Is that because there are topics that are more interesting or important to this community, or it is moderation, or something else?

what is a meaningful climate policy that the current labor party isnt doing that would actually make a difference?

New here and just want to understand more of the greens climate policy as its very important to me and what would greens do differently to labor. i want to convince my family to vote for greens for actual climate action policy and not sell out labor policy

Legitimate question, what do you guys think of this video?

Only a recent citizen, so still working things out. I promise I'm not trying to stir. Obviously FJ only tells one side of the argument in this video. Having said that, it's fairly compelling, so I would like to hear what you guys think about this?
